Reason of Ban: Banned under suspicion of MRDM

Why I Should Be Unbanned/Reduce Sentence: The evidence of my MassRDM was subject from allocated damage log information based on explosive splash damage over one entire days worth of playtime as a demolitionist job. The victims of this assumed MassRDM did not file any reports on me because they were either one of my acquaintances, well within reason to take damage (Self-Defence, Raid, Etc.), or were otherwise completely consensual with the damage taken by the explosives. I will admit that there could be a minute quantity of actual splash damage given to a passerby or otherwise innocent bystander unaffiliated with my antics, however, this was evidently on such a minute scale that the individual victims who suffered unwarranted damage neither brought up the issue with myself, my acquaintances, nor a server staff member. Furthermore I believe that this punishment is unnecessary due to the fact that only a single individual complained about such damage and that singular individual made an explicit effort to commit suicide on my explosive. The moderator that imposed action against me did not hear the full story and that is entirely my fault as I failed to properly explain the circumstances and thus I was banned under the main evidence being damage log information that had no other background other than a singular report from a user who detonated the explosive themselves after directly noticing a mine on the street. Although, if you are to still account the event where that individual detonated the explosive is RDM (with the mindset of "You placed that mine there, that's your responsibility") that still only leaves one count of RDM with no other reports as, again, those people who took damage were, of a majority, my comrades and/or did not see it as valid reason for report. If you decide not to completely remove my sentence, but instead, choose to reduce it to the standard for a singular Random Death Match encounter: I will be satisfied with the end-result of this altercation.
