Alrighty due to overwhelming evidence against mistakes, I am going to be Accepting this report and the player will be punished accordingly. Since you did technically destroy his things, it isn't RDM. But since he cuffed you, did not arrest you, and proceeded to kill you he committed FAILRP. It is  FAILRP since cp are only to cuff people when they want to arrest them, not Kill them.
