He didn't want to hear me explain the situation and banned me as I was speaking, I don't think a mod should act this way... Its complicated, it was multiple players that themselves NLR'd came to the same place that I was at and like because they NLR'd and RDM'd me it had this whole weird situation going on, I tried explaining as much as I could to the staff but he banned me as I was talking which is extremely weird, (+ the other player's got only warned for NLR x2 (when I only had 1 warn in my whole gaming time...) which makes me think that they were friends with the admin or whatever...) Uh we have logs that LITERALLY show the exact location both the killer and the killed have died, did he check these? Pablito is very chill so its unlikely he just didnt let you talk, you have no evidence in this appeal either, tough luck. This is why i record my gameplay and I reccomend you do to, otherwise I dont see this getting accepted. He didn't talk about those. And yeah as I was speaking he just straight up banned me. Accusing a staff member of letting someone off the hook because they're friends isn't a great look, especially with zero evidence to support your claims. You said the other party was warned for NLRx2, which explains why they weren't banned. If you came back 3 or more times, that is massNLR, which is a one week ban. NLRx2 can be a ban, or it can be a warn. saying "it's complicated, they nlr'd so I nlr'd" isn't evidence. You didnt understand what I said, alright Imma be specific so, this all started in a fucked up bank raid, he RDMd me, I called a sit and blah blah his friend got banned or warned i forgot, then I came back cause it wasnt a valid kill since it was RDM, one of the other guys killed me back and at this point the admin is saying that I NLRd twice, they then went to my base (which is somewhere completely different) started lock picking, killed him, he came back, killed me, I came back. As for the raid on your base, two wrongs do not make a right. If he broke nlr to kill you, you should have called a sit. the biggest issue that I have with this appeal is that there is zero evidence. there isn't much that can be done without evidence until pablito comments on this. I will hold any judgements until that has been done. So basically Pablito can tell everything he wants and you'll just trust him? Btw you didnt understand, I wasnt raiding... When I spoke to the people involved, the bank heister Arian and the master raider Michael understood their punishment as well as understood what the problems they created were. Hence the warns as I believe educational sits are better than straight off looking to punish. When I spoke to Mohamed though, he insisted over and over again that he didn't break NLR. I also attempted my best at explaining that NLR doesn't necessarily have to do with location of death and more of the specific situations that you partake with the same people. In this case, against the group of bank robbers. Attached is the K/D logs of Mohamed.
