Banned for 7 days Falsely 2.0

Why were you warned/banned?:

"You cant follow simple instructions, I don't want you on my server, bye"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? :

I did not break any rules on the MOTD, admin power abuse,

Who warned/banned you and for how long?:

Big Heart  (STEAM_0:1:60446215) for 7 days

Evidence: 

Entirety of chatlogs and console between 16:00 (4 PM) to 18:00 (6 PM) on January 15, 2020 and discussions had on January 16, 2020

Everything that could be said by me has already been said pretty much in the past thread and in the screenshots, but I'll reiterate this.

This is an clear and egregious overstep in adminsitrative authority I was never banned from the server for posting the statistics in chat, I was kicked for that once after doing it once more in chat after being instructed to stop, which is by the rules justified. I was banned for an entire week for simply opening an admin chat on the Gmod server about the issue, nor did I spam the admin chat, and nor was I instructed to stop opening admin chats by anyone. Check chat logs on the server to prove it, this is an overstep in mod power and is admin abuse by definition.
