Accused of attempting to crash the server.

Why were you warned/banned?: I placed about six melons using stacker which I deleted. The admin continued to follow me while cloaked. ( I was told this in a sit.) Police officers then rda'd me and I was freed by another officer after I explained what happened. While running from spawn, the same officers chased me and I placed about 3 melons around me, deleted them and kept running. I was then jailed and after we talked, the admin's arguments made little sense and seemed very biased and not ready to listen to my side, I was permabanned.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I enjoyed playing on the server and honestly feel like I was unfairly banned, I didn't think that about 7 melons could crash an entire server, (which they didn't.) It's just a really annoying situation to have happened.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Harley Mcstubbins, Permanente.

1.I was spectating you not following you cloaked 

2.I did that the second you came on the sever because of console bugging me about you spamming props when I spectated you, you were stacking melons and unwelding em trying to make em cause a prop explosion(I have seen it before) but it didn't work for you so you left that idea,5 mins later you did the same thing after you got rdmed and didn't even care to make a sit.

3.I gave u a chance to defend yourself and u said "if I would have actually tried to crash the server it would be offline by now" then you were just hostile overall,you didn't try to defend yourself you were just being aggressive .

Since its a perma I'm leaving this open for higher up to give an opinion on it.

I wasn't ever aggressive and wouldn't because I knew that'd worsen a punishment, and I wasn't trying to create a prop explosion I simply was trying to see if I could make a snake because typically servers with props that don't freeze have that. I did try to explain myself but you just ignored it and went for the ban. By "if I would have tried to crash the server it would be offline by now" I simply meant that I didn't want to crash the server and it was my idea of showing that if I could I wouldn't.

 

 

I only tried the snake thing once aswell, the other time I spawned melons was when I was running around.

Honestly, I wouldn't have made an appeal if it was a temporary ban for something like prop minge, but I definitely wasn't crashing the server or trying to.

Sorry I didn't know you were spectating I'd assumed you would've been cloaked like most admins.

As a wise man said, "He should really go try that on a build server, not a darkrp server with 80+ players online." No hard feelings but we really can't have someone experiment with unstable stuff on our server not only that but I'm pretty sure that most dark rp servers will not allow you to stack and unfreeze props like that ESPECIALLY indoors. Denied
