Why were you warned/banned?: I was banned for "MNLR, NITRP, Violating terms of warning, Making false sits"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I tried to rob someone named Alien which was an admin of the server and he killed me, I came behind him and he kept killing me which is RDM but since he was an admin im pretty sure he could get away with it especially if hes friends with other admins which he was, "CUnt MCStubbins" said he checked logs and said that Alien was not RDMing me and it was 100% me doing all the as he stated, "Bullshit" but I just started playing gmod darkRP yesterday so I didnt know all of the rules but I knew the most common ones, anyways McStubbins said he would give me a warning and said that me throwing fake allegations about Alien RDMing me is bannable but I wasn't lying, he said he checked logs and said that Alien wasnt killing me over and over, but he was, but I didnt say anything I just said ok. Later on I was a robber and tried to mug Alien and he killed me which is fine, I came back and walked next to him but I was not trying to rob him and he shot me, they said it was NLR or something but I had no intentions to rob or get close, I was just passing by. Alien being friends with MC (both admins) teamted up on me and I was pulled and they said " I told u, you had one last chance" and Me not having a mic, being a little harder to explain myself typing I said "wtf" and just accepted it because i was just done with these guys bullshit, I decided to write a ban appeal of 10 days because I do feel like 75% of the stuff they were saying was bull shit and "making false sits" was a reason I got banned but I wasnt, they just bullshit me because im a rookie and they got mad I was trying to rob him as a mugger.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: McStubbins the admin and his friend/buddy Alien, his name was 2 words, it was Alien and something else but I forgot the other word to his name. I was banned for 10 days.

You were on the server for roughly 2 hours, and in those 2 hours you were a low quality player. I saw you get killed and repeatedly go back to interact with whoever killed you, and then come to me after I sniped you for a hit to try and attack me. Your appeal isn’t even an appeal, you didn’t explain your faults and how you can improve youself, instead shifting the blame onto Cunt.

 

Edit: Reading through your appeal again, I saw that you violated terms of warn, which I know happened because I saw you get warned. If you proceeded to break the rule you were warned for, the ban is justified.

I told you flat out to leave the guy alone. And you immediately went to fuck with him, even admitting in a sit you made against the alien for RDM that you broke NLR after he killed you to go and rob him. He warned you multiple times using his bind and you kept coming back to fuck with him to instigate shit, bordering on harassment. Every time he killed you before that, justifiably, it was because you either fell below the Michael Miers health threshhold, which I explained to you, or you tried to kill him for killing you, which was the revenge RDM I warned you for.
