i dont know anything about this case im just here to say l2ap satnds for leave 2 avoid punishment

 

I stayed for a bit and I never got in a sit, and I had to leave so I left and I come back now and I am banned :(

 

That's funny because it seems you instantly raided two times, one right after you adverted over (Less than 30 seconds apart), and then magically left the server. There was no sit, because it wasn't possible, you had left the server lol. Not waiting the cooldown is NOT the main reason you were banned, you were mainly banned because you just instantly left right after your second raid. Don't act like it was a coincidence, you didn't want to get in trouble so you just left, I get that, I can lower your ban time if you give me a reason to, but lying isn't going to help :).

I am not lying? I legit did not leave instantly I stayed for a around mabye 1min and I never was put into a sit? I did not raid instantly but if you feel like I did that I cannot argue because you are higher up, but if you can I would like the ban to be lifted and i can repay if its necessary, but I never raided 2 times instantly I raided those guys a long time ago, and then I assisted them with Ida ho

 

Logs do not lie my friend. Go ahead and claim all you want against it. All you've told me to this point is "SataN: why would I ever fuck myself over" and "SataN: I waited the cooldown". If you're going to make an appeal, have factual information. Your current appeal is flawed. You have no proof that you didn't raid twice. I do, logs support me, I however do not have the logs saved as that is not my duty. My duty is to enforce the rules and assist players.

Squid, you accuse him of showing no proof. So where's yours? I always take screenshots of logs in case a mass rdmer decides to appeal their ban.

So what can we do to solve this? I was looking forward to playing but I was banned  :( So I made this hoping to get confirmation on it and I got none, I have never been banned or kicked and people on my mod app say they have never seen me break a rule, we dont have have any logs and I really just want to play, if you really want you can jail me in game or something but I dont recall raiding twice instantly, I would never do that if I am trying to become a mod, I would never f*ck myself over like that.

I'll unban you, but I wont do so if this or another situation emerges. I can see President's standpoint as to me having no proof myself, which I get, but it's not my job to save logs, and to be fair, I highly doubt you save logs EVERY time you get on. If you do you'd have 10+ pages for each time you get on.

Like what Jecca said, pretty sure you could have asked Sugar Tits for logs, as long as you have a time frame he can usually bring them back up.
