Why were you warned/banned?: Threat/Blackmail

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I was initially banned for a separate reason in which I served my full 6 days of said ban, on my final day of the ban I was reported again by Speedy Rebel for blackmail. In which in the forum post I responded with an apology as well as an explanation of the situation which occurred, which was resolved by the Senior Moderators. I have served almost 2 weeks of being banned and unable to play on my favorite server, me and Speedy Rebel have already settled our discourse on Discord through PM's which I will not post here as respect to Speedy. I personally feel as if both me and Speedy have made an agreement and amends regarding the situation that the ban is no longer necessary, I've had a full two weeks to reconsider my approach to situations in-game and out of game. To initially be a better player and have a more appropriate way of handling situations. I hope that it is considered as I have felt such an excitement to be allowed to continue my endeavor of playing with friends and enjoying and supporting the server. Over my time off of the server I have been able to gain more of an appreciation for staff members as a whole, certain individuals, and overall, the community in which I love so much. To be apart of it is a privilege, and I'd like to regain that privilege as a new player, as a new me. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my appeal, sincerely Mugen.
