This all started because a guy and his friend were sitting on a roof top, throwing bibles at people, and then anyone that killed the jesus was immediately killed by this other guy. I called a sit, because the guy attacked me twice, I killed him twice, and he broke nlr to rrdm immediately. Heck and Frick warns the guy for ONE case of rdm (which was supposed to be RRDM at least) and said I was over reacting, adding that they "just weren't in a party". I said, it's not my fault he didn't read the rules. He was still rdming, he never had a party, he never advertised his party involvement. The dude was mass rdming, not in a party, and you say I'm overreacting. Okay. So I say in OOC that I nominate him for worst mod of the year. he tells me to take it out of ooc or he'll mute me, so I do. Him and the guy that I called a sit on originally then start to talk shit about me in OOC. I tell them to stop, because if I can't do it then he can't either. I PM him and say he's abusing staff, and then he gigamutes me. I call a sit, because he was abusing staff and unjustly muted me. He denys the sit, tells me it's not a valid reason. I call another sit, because it was a valid reason, and he denys it again and says he's going to kick me. I'm not sure why the staff member that I'm calling a sit on is the one that keeps denying my sits and saying he's gonna kick me, that just seems like it's proving my point. Below are screenshots of me telling them to stop talking about me in OOC, telling him he's abusing staff, and him muting me. Also are the sits I called that he said aren't valid and threatened to kick me for. To me it seems that he was just covering his tracks, which again just proves my point that he's abusing staff. (p.s. Tarzo or whatever, the guy that says "okay pussy ass bitch nigga" was the guy that mass rdmed, and that Heck was talking shit about me with in OOC. He never threatened to mute him, he just joined in)

I can definitely see the gigamute as not needed especially cause we only really use it for people that say the hard R or people who wont shut up during a sit to let the other person talk or the staff taking it talk.

thank you, I really didn't appreciate him threatening to kick me for calling a sit about it either. and joining in on shit talking me and then gigamuting me was kinda messed up.

Lets see here.... you called a sit over 2 players breaking rules. They had both RDM'd or Attempt RDM'd. One was a Jesus that was throwing bibles at people and the other was a Spirit Caller. They both had the New Player tag and didn't know how the !party system worked, so they were just defending each other without using the proper !party method or RPing it the right way. I warned both of them for ARDM and RDM respectively and told them to read MOTD after teaching them how to do !party. You then started to yell at me and complain about how they should be banned because they Mass RDM/NLRed even though they had only really killed you once and they weren't minging, just new players that didn't understand server mechanics. You then proceeded to dramapost in OOC about how I was a shit staff and let them off the hook for no reason and I told you to stop that behavior or be gigamuted. You then harassed me in PMs for a few minutes before going ahead and continuing to do what you had been told not to in OOC and then you got Gigamuted. After that, you started spamming admin sits over my "abuse" which I denied because of the fact that it wasn't admin abuse and the admin chat system isn't meant for handling admin abuse accusations. I denied the sits because you were spamming them and not following the standard procedure of speaking to a higher up directly or making a forum report if you have a concern. You continued calling these sits after being told to stop so I told you that any further admin sit spam would be a kick. You then called another report with a legitimate question about how to get a STEAMID when gigamuted and I denied it with instructions on using the tab menu. I haven't done anything wrong and I believe this report is pointless and just you being upset that you did something stupid and were punished accordingly.

You're leaving out the fact that you and him started talking shit about me in OOC and i told you to stop and PM'd you saying you were abusing staff. You then immediately gigamuted me, which only proved my point. My sits were valid, as you unjustly gigamuted me. The only person they were invalid to were YOU because they were aimed towards you and you didn't like it. Again, only proving my point.

I think you're stretching the truth a little bit there. I didn't shit talk you publicly in OOC to the degree you claim while you and your friends were going on about how shit I was and spam PMing me trash. I wasn't going to do anything about the PMs but then you started shitposting in OOC again after I told you to stop so I muted you.

You don't spam 3 or 4 sits over a gigamute. If you don't like a gigamute or other staff action, you don't go around to other staff and try to cherrypick a favorable response or reversal. You make a forum thread. The sits were invalid and other moderators/tmods can't override someone of the same or higher rank on staff action. There were no Smods or higher on so there was no point in those staff calls and they only served to clutter up the screen.

I never posted anything else in ooc once you said to stop. I never added anything else. Except for when he started shit talking you and i said that he would get muted. If You're still on the server, I'd love for you to show me where i said anything else. You gigamuted me as soon as i PM'd you that you were abusing staff. And again, you and the guy were talking shit about me in OOC after you told me to stop, you literally gigamuted me less than a minute later. I'm not stretching anything, you got mad that i said you were abusing staff and you gigamuted me. Then denied all my sits because you were mad that i called because of the unjust gigamute.

Eh I mean the gigamute was unnecessary for sure but on the other hand you did spam sits, one thing I've learnt on my time on this server is to not give people the reaction they seek and thats the only piece of advice I can really offer, also IF he was talking shit in ooc to you ( Heck and Frick ) it is hypocritical but you should've left it at that and posted it on the forums right after.

I wasn't really talking shit in OOC. The only things I said to you in OOC were the warning about being gigamuted and at one point I said that I agreed with a guy that said you were being salty. The only thing even remotely close to "shit talk" I did was respond "for real" to a guy that said you were being salty.
