The base is 100% a failbase as while inside the base you cant shoot back at all. yet the person in the base can shoot at your head. Herb prob should have known this but I'm going to yell at him for that. I talked to Mugen about it and he said he ISN'T going to use the base anymore. I told him he could use it as long as he moved those steel bars down so people inside the base can shoot back as well Bunziix point out the bottom steal bars that needed to be put up or some shit like that.
