Why were you warned/banned?: Revenge RDM 

 Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I feel that i should be unbanned because i feel i was prosecuted without fair trial, its my first day on the server (love it btw) and up until the time of this ban i hadn't played as a pd job until that one. I was firing at Canadian because he was wanted by police but was camping out on a rooftop mot accessible without force jump so without being able to arrest i shot to kill. I ultimately failed as he ended up killing me but to the best of my knowledge at the time, as well as previous knowledge from many other darkrp servers, pd jobs for the most part usually have no nlr or modified nlr rules. So after i spawned i walked out into center court and happened to see Canadian again this time on a different rooftop but still wanted so even if my memory had been "wiped" from nlr rules i still would've seen a wanted man. Now, regardless of all of these technicalities i don't think that the way my punishment was handled was fair in the slightest, as soon as i shot Canadian jailed me then jumped immediately to banning me without even hearing what i had to say. I have never been an admin and with all due respect to Canadian but i do not think that's how a sit is supposed to be handled at all. I couldn't even give an explanation as to why i was doing what i was doing, so with that i also want to state that if I'm in the wrong with the nlr i will more than willingly take the associated warns or punishment for that but i do request that i be exempt from my ban.
