If the player wants someone warned for RDM and the accused explains it and it could have been an accident or unintended - I usually ask what the victim wants, because he is the one affected. If he feels like the accused should be forgiven and that it could have been an accident, then I won't punish him.

Not a witch hunt - Valley is trying to congratulate and give notice/gain attention to staff members doing their job in the best way. In a way, he's being very positive and complimenting the staff team, I wouldn't give him a, "final warning." No worries Cullen bb i gotchu fam.

I talked to the owner of the old DarkRP server I was staff on, he gave the best statement about DarkRP, ever: "Nowadays everybody wants AIDS, so I'm changing the map to downtown again and making sure the server has the highest toxicity level possible." Literally the best way to describe it.

Probably an offset jail area. I do recall Erston or somebody else mentioning accidentally placing a jailzone there. EDIT: Somebody placed a jail in that area on accident, using /addjailpos or /setjailpos - Setting the exact coordinates as a jail zone, anybody that has the 'arrested' group added to them will automatically be teleported to a cell. I'm not sure if it's random or if it depends on the amount of players inside. Just a short explanation to follow up the answer.

Supplier is for self and base supply, not building a store, why would you need a shelf?

Sugar probably forgot to make it a dealer in the DarkRP settings files. He still needs to copy all of the gun dealer/black market dealer code and add it to the job, you're not allowed to access the tab because he hasn't defined "The Supplier" as a "dealer".
