Bug Description: Messages when loading into the server such as "double xp activated" , "unlimited pooled xp activated" , etc. are shown even when the perks aren't active. How to reproduce: Load into the server any time after the duration of the perks from suga shop is exhausted Priority: Low

BUG Description: enchanting table doesn't guarantee legendary for 100% *note* - i have the perk or whatever that produces extra percentage per chem How to reproduce: fill table to 100% and enchant, I got rares instead of a legendary Priority: Medium
