    Hello maam do you have a minute to talk about our lord and savior Lightning McQueen?! Did you know that Lightning McQueen is the star of several feature films such as Cars, Cars 2, Car 3, Planes: Fire and Rescue, Finding Dory, Toy Story 3, Coco and Ralph breaks the internet? As well as other short film such as Mater and the Ghostlight, Miss Fritter's Racing School, Television program such as Cars Toons, Pixar's Popcorn Cars series voiced by none other than Owen Wilson?

    Be that as it may, everyone who resigned made their own choice and was not asked or forced or coerced into resigning. It is a response to something that did not sit right with us. They volunteer their time to help out the server and incidentally, those at the top of the server mistreated one of their brothers and thus a collective did not see it fitting to keep helping anymore. I pm'd sugar and all those affected that I never wanted to cause any issues or shortages to the server but rather simply to retire myself in the good graces at a level that i deserve and that I be recognized for what I've done, good and bad. 

     

    Yes, the server has 9* less staff members to help keep an eye out, but unfortunatly, staff also have to keep an eye out for themselves and their well-being first before they can help others. 

     

    To others, you may say what you want about our contribution, but more or less, we did help in some way, some time, some instance when no one else was available. To you, those who view us in a negative light, we may not have been the best existence but for others we are a blessing. 

    There's always a need for change for an opportunity for growth. I hope our message has been sent to those who can make those changes and that the server and younger staff can see this example and learn from it. To the mods who keep working hard, here is your chance to climb up and show us and upper staff what you can do. I dont think we will leave tits but we will no longer be those to look up to. 

     

    Finally, thank you to all those who supported what they believed to be right. There are many gmod servers, many staff members past and future, but i believe that the team we had was one of the strongest and tight-nit groups of tits history and our bond goes further than simply fellow rpers. 

    Unfortunately, all good times do have to come to an end. But as Dr.Seuss said, and I quote, "Dont cry because it's over, Smile because it happened."

    Most staff consider it a negative obviously, because they dont follow those guidelines. I do not need to PM you, nor will I, just simply look around, its extremely easy to spot.

    hey quas, u remembered wrong. I never punished u for gate keeping spawn. I gave u 3 hrs because you kept harrassing me after the fact in ooc after u were warned to stop. So theres ur education over punishment.

     

    And guess what, youre right, it matter who respects me and i dont need someone like you to respect me, its the same as a dog looking up to you because you give it treats.

     

    Anyways, stop shit posting corps genuine post. Take your issues elsewhere or actually keep your comments related. And that is a warning.

    Although it's hard for me to see who's quoting me when quas or whatever he wants to be called keeps tryna talk shit.

    Wait. I'm actually so confused how you still don't understand. If I was going off something I made up, how come your report on me didn't go through ?

     

    And talking about respect, while you don't respect me, I can guarantee you that I've gained more than enough respect while I was just a player from 2017 to 2020. I even got respected as someone who was never staff before. I became staff this year.

     

    What I meant by my ps is simply, I don't think adding more back and forth comments is good for your post. As sugar mentioned to me in the past, he doesn't not like to read post with pages of comments.

     

    I agree with what you said about the downsides but it's not what I consider a negative. Staff need to uphold the rules by displaying the rules and being professional. If there are staff that's not doing it, my PM's are open for that. The main issue is I don't not support your medium of choice when things like this come up.

     

    And thank you for being civil in your response this time.

    "Thats too bad" this right here, who cares that they put a half assed staff application in, I dont just think, but I know id be a much better staff member then the majority of the team. If I cant give a good point as to why I think im right, I would not punish anyone off of my interpretation because simply put, it feels wrong. Back when I was staff, I was able to shove my bias out of the way so well that even GoshImTrippin, the guy that probably hated me the most out of the whole community, COMMENDED me for my staffing. If I ever thought my bias would be in the way of a sit, I would tell another staff member to take it, and if I was the only one, I would try my best to be as fair as possible. I make reports in game at first and if they arent picked up, I make a report on the forums, simple as that. Im aware that most of my reports can be handled ingame easily, but even after making a new report every 5 minutes and asking in OOC for staff to pick up my sit, it is still rarely taken, including my recent report on Toosi. Most higher ups do not have much of my respect either, there are a few but not many, and the few that are usually arent online.

     

     

    You can claim you don't know anything about that rule yet you claim you're a long standing player who expects and offers perfect obedience. Somehow, I know this rule and so does saiah who told you on your report not to do it as well. 🤷‍♂️ 

     

    Anyone who makes an app? We voted them in. We don't just accept anyone. 

     

    Personally, I don't care about whether you respect me or not. I don't know you, you don't know me. It doesn't affect me in anyway. What you need to do if you want to be part of this community is respect the rules and judgment of those the owners put in charge  and by trickle down method, the authority of all staff. We have ways to deal with staff when they make mistakes and it's a perfectly fine system.

     

    This is the last reply I'm giving you because regardless of what we say, you will respond and dissect our responses needlessly in a manner that does not benefit you or the community. 

     

    Ps. Your responses ooze a premeptive perspective clouding your judgment. Ie you bringing up a solved / failed report you made on me in the past.

    I would suggest that you change ur name back to corp. I cant tell if staff are not taking ur sits or just not taking sits if you do not have a constant name.

     

    In regard to the reporting, sure, if u think staff is breaking rules that affect the server but unfortunately (Luckily) , we do not expect PERFECTION from anyone INCLUDING STAFF.

    We value education over punishment, and u also have to balance what the community accepts vs what motd wrote down in black and white simply because there can never be a comprehensive motd with every possibility listed down.

    Just like when i just let you and your friends off with a verbal when you were in a party with opposing jobs. 

     

    My biggest issue is that you do not respect staff's decision and are forcing other people to a higher standard than what staff want. Staff are allowed and use a level of leniency.  If you want to be the one to set these, then be on the staff team.

     

    When you mention u dont like staff interpretation and theyre "younger and less experienced," thats too bad, they are volunteering to staff, u are not. Unless theyre completely interpreting something wrong, then pm a higherup, dont try to expose or paint a bad picture of them on the forums. Most of the reports you make is like, a 5 min talk on the server. Even staff do not do that. Then again, thats why higherups are mostly players who have been around for awhile anyways/ go through another application process which is more strict.

     

    Unfortunately biasm is a in-built human nature. While we ask all staff to be professional, the standard that they hold certain players at can be higher, while still within the guidelines for staff. 

     

    Simple put, Treat others the way you want to be treated. 

     

    My final suggestion is, if u want a better chance for your issues to be solved, talk to the highest rank on the server at the time. If you have an issue with a mod, then talk to the smod who is on the server. Things are different and smods actually play on the server. This way, its easier for myself or other pink tags to check logs/have been on during the altercation instead of having to read like 40 pages of banter. 

     

    just some more food for thought. When you want to solve an issue, you look for the common denominator. Right now, that person is you. So let's work on it. 

    the fact that I replied, I am expecting some sort of negative response. Maybe change that about yourself. Instead of replying in a way where you nitpick, simply accept what feedback has been offered.

    I remember things like making a "epic pet party" in the sewers but really just leading people into a trap to be sacrificed and turned into "kibble" (which was really just the random chunks that appear when sacirificng someone)

     

    I remember always visiting rubik's gun store because back then he was only a mod and would basically sit in his store, selling guns and collecting from processors all day

     

    I remember when doc mcstubbins was first promoted to mod

     

    I remember when the great great gentleman known as Herb Mcstubbins recorded the famous 'Glarry Come Home' video

     

    I remember when the server did really cool daily updates as well as a big content drop once every other month

     

    I remember when we had a head-admin

     

     

    There's a ton I haven't mentioned here but honestly it was a lot of fun for me and I would love to revisit it especially considering the major nostalgia I have for the old TitsRP
