Honestly, you aren't wrong. But I never see the hobo list full. So just like before, the people that want to mic spam will just switch to hobo.
And on top of this mute feature exists. Both players and boomboxes have a mute feature.
Does this mean because boomboxes can be annoying they should be made hobo only?

People that want to micspam just switch to hobo. It makes no difference whether or not they are on cc. If they want to they will. So at the end of the day not allowing cc's to micspam is just adding another click for players who want to micspam.
This rule is pointless.

Florhn doesnt have it, i think Jawson is the only person who actually has it.
Frisco meant to say that you can obtain the weapons/SWEPS by fishing or trading players, not actually on the cc editor.
Same with the Biker Horn, i got it on my cc but you cant get it on the cc editor anymore, only fishing etc. etc.
Yes I mean you can obtain frostmourne. And everyone can.

Anyone and everyone can get frostmourne. You not having it does not make it a bug.
Edit: it is rare.
Edit 2: you can obtain frostmourne from buying it off of other players. I could be wrong about this part but you could be able to get it fromcrates but don't quote me. Your best odds would be adverting that you are buying.

The sheer amount of refunds required to make this possible wouldn't be a good thing for the server. With bludgeon reskins, you better be prepared to refunds hundreds of millions of dollars as well as paypal money for those who paid to get them added.
Edit: everyone who +1's this clearly hasn't thought about the effect the removal would have on the economy.

Bug
Description: When harvesting plants, the boxes spawned can become stuck inside the clip of a plant.
How to reproduce: Difficult to reproduce but for whats it worth, both sits were called for this exact plant.
