I think that before banning for ltap you should wait atleast 3-5 minutes before the ban because this avoids banning for ltap with the computer or gmod crash scenario Unless what happens which Doug.qst pointed out

(The new Stat: People without a bounty have a 50% Less chance to be stunned) So me and keian were trying to arrest this Pet and we kept shooting him but no stun we shot him about 50 times. Literally. We didn't stun him once... The way i recommend fixing this if sugar does is making it 30% less chance to be stunned without a bounty, but it depends on what sugar thinks.
