I think that before banning for ltap you should wait atleast 3-5 minutes before the ban because this avoids banning for ltap with the computer or gmod crash scenario Unless what happens which Doug.qst pointed out

So i've acually found a loop hole around this If you grab the scroll wheel and drag it down fast you can get to the bottom and scroll up The bug has happended to me be and it usually closes when it reaches a certain player I do not know why though.

(The new Stat: People without a bounty have a 50% Less chance to be stunned) So me and keian were trying to arrest this Pet and we kept shooting him but no stun we shot him about 50 times. Literally. We didn't stun him once... The way i recommend fixing this if sugar does is making it 30% less chance to be stunned without a bounty, but it depends on what sugar thinks.

Bug Description: Sometimes when is mayor you can run for mayor still and become mayor and do this and infinite amount of times Because of this glitch i've been telling mayors they can prop block off the npc until they die or resign. its as simple as running for mayor normally even though there is a mayor. Another Downfall of this glitch is that the new glitch mayor can probably fire the current legit mayor. How to reproduce: Sometimes when theres a mayor you can still run for mayor and fire current legit mayor (Assuming since legit mayor can fire glitch mayor) and you can probably get infinite amounts of mayors Priority: High
