As I am back for good, I was wondering if a superadmin could get those things up and running (if they're still valid, of course) before the scheduled restart tomorrow morning.

You still wouldn't get anything back. You donated to the server and got something in return. Imagine giving money to the ASPCA and going back a year later and being like: "Yeah, here's your shirt back. Where's my money?" Odds are, your money has already been spent on upgrades.
