genuinely thats the only argument ive gotten. and sadly why is it when you play "gmod darp rp titsrp" it has to be that way. i mean is it so bad having half the players cut off from the game, especially when the server chat sounds like a classic xbox360 cod lobby. im bringing this issue up because it doesnt have to be that way. facepunches TOS was for the singleplayer, people under the age of 13 cant handle the gore, they put the accountability on the server owners because at the time gmod servers werent this badly toxic. and isnt "titsrp" called that because the map is called rp_downtown_tits because of a typo by the original map creature writing tts.

this is the type of behavior im trying to prevent with the implementation of a rule that keeps political discussions, religious topics, and controversially stuff out of the game that has minors in it, when you have a rule that allows people over the age of 13 to participate in gameplay you also need rules that prohibits them being taught horrible behaviors. now i dont understand how having she/her in my in game name would be an issue and how it connects to the current discussion. if you would like to debate this further i would ask that you be respectful of my identy and not to attack in order to win this debate about the rules, all im trying to do is to adress issue im seeing and seeing if other players agree and if we can come up with ways of preventing it, this is not a debate about peoples pronouns or who they support.

im confused, i could report like everyone in my clips if there is actually a rule, i literally scoured the rules and didnt find it, do you have like a quote or link to it?

of course when i mention **** in the forums it gets censored but the 30 jokes in games ooc and in voice chat arent. that makes sense

this is a server that holds players from all walks of life, religious, non religious, lgbtq, the anit lgbtq, nazi's, americans, minors, and more. but one thing ive noticed is the amount of players Preaching Jesus Christ now i find religious topics part of political discussion that is not allowed in garrys mod dark rp out of character chat. This is a server that prides itself in the inclusion of players above the age of 13, as state by multiple admins. personally it makes me uncomfortable when children are playing a game that has "meth, kidnapping, murder, vaping, players that say every slur in the book, players who joke about ****, players who joke about hate crimes, etc" now when there are minors being exposed to stuff like this its really weird. im not going to pretend like this is normal behavior, letting minors hang around the bottom of the bin weirdos of gmod is not good. now other servers are worse, Zcity for example, "they dont enforce their rules so what happens is you will hear the most worst thing imaginable in spectator chat from a 28 year old man then right after a minute passes the in game chat you will hear someone younger than your younger sibling playing the same game i am asking people which button is it to pick up guns" this server does enforce its rules, however it can be better with the rules it has in general. like why is it in game i hear people talking about ice, Netanyahu, george floyd, every internet political debate you stay up late enough. and then in a second you hear someone who should be doing homework in middle school asking how to cook meth or to join their gang. i feel like adding a rule in between the DO NOT use racial/homophobic/generally offensive slurs or be overly offensive to other players/staff. DO NOT be extremely vulgar on the server, especially OOC. Making vulgar jokes/responses is fine, but being overly sexual or overly graphic will get you warned and then kicked / banned. with the suggestions being: do not bring political debates or discussion into ooc or rp do not talk about offensive topics such as: nazi's, racism, pedo accusations, real life topics, religious debates. or just make this server a 18+ server and let people continue what they are doing, because its not weird if its adults talking offensive to each other but instead this is a online space where adults and minors hang out so therefore you need rules that reflect, players behavior have created a uncomfortable environment and i do not like what i see day to day on the server. if you read this tell me what you think, if theres a rule that we could suggest to the admins to add, or whether my take is complete nonsense. heres another take, i dont see any lgbtq support and whenever people do put up flags trolls grief the hell out of it, my questions is why is there people preaching Christianity in what is essentially a kids game. gmod darkrp is a kids game if you allow children in it, people under the age of 18, you need rules that reflect that.
