The amount of lag that players recieve from executing a ULX Command (i.e. !ban) depends on their computer. Whenever I ban someone, or vice versa I only experience up to half a second of lag. I do admit that this may be an issue with some players, since not everyone has a great computer. I'm Neutral (-/+) on this idea.

I believe that the Parties System would become irrelevant if Party Countering is removed. If it is removed, it results in more RP, yes, but it removes the purpose of having a Party overall. It would then be a System that is just taking up space if there is no point to it.

Adding a new Vehicular System will definitely lower FPS for certain Players. This is dependent on the package, but nevertheless I say stick with the current System.

If you look on the MOTD, the only /adverts that exist are: PD Raid/PD Heist, so there is no need to /advert Counter or anything else. The player may have been told by his/her party that they had been raided and that made him go to you and counter.
