Taser/Stungun doesn't disable jumping and can be bypassed with DPI settings. How to reproduce:
DPI binds/buttons can bypass turncap restrictions. This also makes the 'Slow Down" Gang talent worthless.
Users can still jump while stunned, Making arrest autistic.
