Maybe we could just make more events that don't require ample space such as admin area, and more events that take place within the map itself. Im taking a look at a few maps,like i said,i believe we need a new map,not just a extension.I will post the map names along with my overview in a bit.

gm_flatgrass is bigger than downtown. +1 for flatgrass Can you all actually take this seriously? i mean i dont wonna ruin the fun and joking,but this is a big change for the server and we need to come up with some reasonable ideas.

Then what map do you have in mind? Becuase downtown is so crowded and getting old.We dont just need a admin land expansion or whatever,we need a new map,even if its just an expansion of downtown,we need something new and diffrent,and bigger and better overall.

That is not good though. A well optimized map would have you at 300+ fps. (I can only speak for myself since I don't have more than one PC to benchmark FPS) In downtown, I get 300+ FPS everywhere except for looking at certain sports where it will drop to 180 - 200. With a lot of other players on it can get pretty gnarly (60 fps - 100 fps in the main part of town) for a lot of reasons which can be worked out. Evilmelon will most likely not be a candidate. Its fps is poor in a lot of areas and its smaller than downtown actually. Only positives is the sewers and the PD which is baller as heck. Other maps which I will not consider is EvoCity, Rockford, ect. They require cars and cars aren't worth the resources. One thing I can do is to look and hire a mapper that can optimize, extend and make something similar to downtown_v2. I don't know what I would want / how much it would cost but if you wanted that, I can get a whole suggestions thread up for a map to be made. I don't know how much more we can push. We run at around 54% of our CPU with 70 players, the only issue is that if we have been at 100% of our CPU for a long time, the server provider will force a resart. It seems to happen every few days where a random reset will happen because of that. I don't know how the timer works on that thing but even when it was happening a lot, the server never actually lagged. The only way to prevent that is to get a dedicated server which is balls because it's a lot of useless power and actually a downgrade to what we currently have (why their shared gameservers have better CPUs than their dedicated servers baffle me). There is a lot I can do still to minimize lag for both the client and the server. My overall ending goal is to push to 90 playerslots. Once I have done that, I can die in peace. Sugar dont die! Lol also im about to post a super detailed review of evil melon and why you should use it.I will be including tons of info including map overview,job improvements,and possible jobs for future updates,please read it over,it should help you decide quite well.

Shard who are you talking about XD Also 85 slots sounds alright if the new/updated map Sugar chooses is bigger,but he might have to smooth out some things,fix a few bugs so 85 people doesent make lag.

YES! Sugar thank God do evil melon! I looked it over my self and it is super nice,perfect because it has building for different jobs,like a hospital for medic ans such,etc.Super cool map,please do evil melon.

Buying Trial-Mod is probably the worst idea that has ever popped into mind. Almost everyone who has bought trial-moderator has mass banned or something crazy and stupid. Ok Sugar,yes,i realize making money is a key factor for you in order to keep the server ship shape,BUT buying Trial-mod is the worst idea ever. Some kid bought Trial-mod today less then a hour after joining the server,he then went on to say that he knew what he was doing,and that he didnt need help(Said this to Neko) This kid who claimed he knew how to "do his job" then proceeded to no-clip abuse around the PD freely. Keep in mind the key point of this,bought trial mod less then a hour after joining. Witch means NONE OF THE STAFF TEAM knows anything about this kid. NOTHING Sugar,please remove the ability to buy Trial,its is really bad and only causes problems UNLESS the person has been on the server for a while at the least and the staff team knows some about the person. Edit:The kid who bought trial mod,is now banned becuase he noclip abused around the map,Mass RDMed,and said he didnt care anymore. Well that should be a good enough point for my post.

I would love to see the SAME server but with this map becuase it makes ALOT of job's actually have good use and meaning This would be a GREAT idea becuase it actually put's a GREAT job for medic's,cops,and a ACTUAL bank that way the Bank manager would have a defualt building to use.It would also make the server WAY better in general. I vote YES for this.

Sugar the being able to see the VIP at all time's also makes it very abusable.I know i have said this alot,but im trying to get the point across that this is a Jr.King of the hill.

This is a great idea,also i have something to add to it,you shouldonly be able to see the VIP for a short time,then it goes away,becuase as if now,the VIP being able to be seen all the time until death,its so easy to abuse the VIP just like King of the hill

Not only is this annoying,but sugar removed King of the hill being able to be purchased so people couldent abuse it,but since you can see the VIP,you can EAISLY abuse VIP aswell.
