GUYS HOLD ON A SECOND!!! I did not make this thread in the intentions of staff vs players, yes it may seem that way sometimes but we are all players at the end of the day. This was not a game nite report if it was it would be in the reports section. This was made so everyone in the community who were afraid to say anything now have a place to put it. Because at the end of the day the only person who can get in trouble is me. Now if you have input you would like to share please share it but the intent is not to bash other members but give things you have noticed in a non threatening way. It was made for the server administration team to take a step back and look and maybe use as discussion points for staff meetings community meetings etc. This is not intended for a shitpost wasteland and bashing other members just remember that guys. If you let emotion in play we will get nowhere in this situation.

I totally understand that making factless claims is just he said she said, and having no posted evidence will get this absolutely no where. And I totally understand where you are coming from in all points you have made to this. But it's more or less things I have noticed along with other anonymous players.. whether people belive what I have said or not it's ok, I'm not expecting people to agree with me, maybe some will maybe some won't. This post was made for me to share some of the things that I and other anonymous players have noticed (with or without evidence). I appreciate you taking the time and reading it and responding to it. BEFORE YOU READ THIS IS NOT A SHITPOST! 

 

On behalf of some current long time playing members and the people who have left the community (whether it was in a bad way or not)

There is some honest issues that a lot of us see about this server's staff team. Now that being said the staff team is "alright" but there is some underlying issues that some of us has noticed and I feel I am the only one brave enough to say anything here. This post will probably get taken down by a SMOD+ because suppressing anybody who is willing to have a voice and speak up about things get shut down immediately. 

 

Let's start with the reason I left the staff team besides my military reason's. As being staff to which I thought was fun in the beginning because I enjoyed the server a lot many great memories from 2016-present. But as I soon noticed there is a clique like mentality that goes on, you are either an Assaulter or a McStubbins or your opinion means nothing. AND I MEAN NO DISRESPECT TO THE ASSAULTER'S OR MCSTUBBIN'S but I felt that if they did not think I was "cool" or joined the cliques they got going on, that my voice or opinion meant nothing at all. As staff I feel like you are a supposed to be a team but I didn't feel that at all. I have talked to some former staff member's and they agree as well (I will not give out their names). Another reason was that I felt like I was getting no help at all when I would be on, now I am fully aware that this is a voluntary and I will probably get the response of "Well you should just ask for help", but I felt that I shouldn't have to ask for help when there is other staff on but no one is taking sits but me. And all the player's would yell at me for not taking their sit's etc. when other people were fully capable. It was mentally draining and pushed me to dislike being a staff member here. 

 

Second thing I have noticed is "community suppression" it's a very broad statement I know, but what I basically mean is that if the staff does not know you they don't care which I think new member or not you should be able to speak about things and have a voice and staff should at least listen. I feel that if you have something that you need to say and say it (if it's not being stupid) and the staff team disagree they will just delete the post or not even look at it or even care at all. Which I feel should not happen I feel everyone should have a voice and be able to speak about something before staff just goes "Nope I don't agree with this *delete*". And if you do say something about it after they will just pull the "Drama Mongering" or "shit posting" card and you can find yourself banned or removed from the discord or forums.

 

Third thing I have noticed is "Bias", some staff members (not saying names) are super biased towards players whether it be friends or what not. I feel that some player's may get to "harsh" of a punishment for doing something but then when the person they like does it it's almost like they get away with it. Another form of being biased is as a staff member you can ALMOST get away with anything you want because with this clique like mentality "whos going to report me?". And as now a player I feel that if you "kiss ass" to the staff members you can get away with a lot more than the average joe. If you "butt-buddy" a staff member you won't get a severe punishment if even a punishment at all.

 

 

 

I feel that I am the only one who has spoken out about some of these issues is because of the fear of getting banned from the community that they enjoy, but I'm different I honestly don't care anymore I have kept my mouth quiet about these things until now. I have only said these things now because I am getting a little tired of it and some other issues is pushing me away from the community and not make me want to play on the server anymore. In the past couple weeks I have had no desire to play on the server that I spent a lot of time on at all.

 

Do I expect anything to be done about this?, most likely not. Do I expect a forums moderator to take this down because they disagree with what I have said?, absolutely.

[Add a better meth addon/custom]

I do enjoy this idea I am one of the people that has been pushing for meth making to get a rework of some sort, and I feel this is a good start. But im gonna say that the meth suit is cool but I wouldn't want it. Because that model is the same for every other server on meth cooks and as you know Tits likes to be different. so +1 for the meth rework -1 for the model change.

+1 I feel like this would be a great addon to the server. The RP scenarios are endless with this kind of addon.

I'm not 100% sure how the system for that works but I have a question. Did you pay for 1month supporter before buying lifetime? I'm not sure if 1 month supporter is like a subscription or not but this may have been the issue I'm not 100% though.

To me personally I feel like there should be a talent or perk or even gang perk or even a talisman that allows a certain amount of meth to be inventoried. Let's say 3k grams (around 3 batches) of meth to make it a little more fun to play the job. Also gives newer players a perk to grind for and also another reason to not play on a cc 24/7 and actually enjoy one of the jobs that imo is not played alot by players. Meth is an extremely good cash making job which is why there would be a limit to how much can be inventoried. I really enjoy making meth and enjoy the thrill of having 6-7 batches on me and trying to make it to a drop-off location fast but what I don't enjoy is leaving my base and getting rdmed by players because they know I'm a meth dealer and hopefully getting away with selling the product I worked hard for. Or getting rdmed in general and loosing the progress. I feel like being able to inventory just a little of it could make it seem like my time wasn't completely wasted. Idk just a thought let me know what you guys think down below please.

From what I've seen in game and from other players is that there is a glitch with the suga right now. And if I'm not mistaken Rubik and sugar are working on a fix for it. At least thats what I heard. I hope my response was able to clear a little but of confusion for you!

I have an idea for a small extra thing for Lifetime Supporters. Considering everything we get is great and I enjoy it alot but I have a suggestion, Maybe us Lifetime Supporters could have the ability to make our chat tag rainbow? I feel like that would be really cool. Not sure if someone already brought this up and tbh I dont feel like scrolling trying to find it. So just a thought maybe?
