Why were you banned?: Mass NLR

Why should you be unbanned?:                  I believe I was falsely banned because I was staying at a hotel and set up printers and bit miners in my room. I went back to spectate the man who raided me in the hotel i don't remember his full name only that it started with "Dev" and his job was a suspicions fellow or something along the lines of that. I went back to the hotel and stood in the hall way i didn't attack him or even say a word then he killed me, so I went back again to wait there and got killed then someone who he had killed in the raid came back to the hotel as well but killed him then he was complaining at spawn on how he was going to call an admin and I said " its not like your innocent either you just RDM'd me and then he got mad at me saying that by going back to the hotel I was breaking NLR which i still don't know if it was true or not because i haven't checked to see if spectating him raiding was NLR but then after it seemed like he was done he called an admin and summoned me I said "why am I here I haven't done anything to you and he went on to keep complaining on how spectating was NLR and I don't remember what the mod had to say about it because i wasn't paying attention to him or what his name was but I do remember he was a trial mod. after that the mod sent me back and not even three minutes later he raids the hotel again killing me and a few others in it. so then again I walked back to the hotel and waited outside of it so he had no reason to kill me then while i was just standing there he comes running out of the hotel with a pickup box in hand puts it down automatic shotguns me dead and says "your breaking NLR again" and at the moment he said that i started questioning his mentality and calling him names because i was so irritated by this man and got off of the server that was on 7/11/18 at around 7-8 pm  PST. I logged on today and noticed I was banned for 7 days and don't feel that I should be banned for this

Also, "I don't remember what the mod had to say about it because i wasn't paying attention to him or what his name was". To me, this seems like you completely disregarded your previous sit on this exact case and continued to do exactly what you were told not to. The ban itself was justified to me.

 

As for the duration, considering you immediately left after breaking NLR again I saw this as LTAP. If you truly didn't intend to leave to avoid the sit then I apologize for longer duration. Your ban will be shortened to 3 days.
