I came back to talk to some friends not even close to him, and he starts shooting me with his halo rocket for no reason as well. When I killed him for shooting me, he came into pd, saw me, and then started to shoot me for no absolute reason. He lied aswell said it was crossfire but had someone see the whole thing, Cold Testicle, and backed me up in the story. You don't have to wait until it actually happens to then notify me and report me. We obviously mess around a lot and if things aren't clearly stated before hand things will continue.
