If you attempt to run that command nothing will happen UNLESS you are a very bad boy and you googled "How 2 be better at gmod" and came across an ancient thread where it told you to download and use an injector which is DEFINITELY not detectable and then to inject the legendary smeg hack. Even if what you claim happened was 100% true, the anticheat wouldn't ban you if the file wasn't there Be honest, it may get you unbanned in the future and lead to other great things.
