Please unban me, I just got an extended ban for no reason what so ever by a 12 yr old

First off I'd like to start off saying if you look at this picture https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/925920846437607727/DD46F9F869E9C2990D23561083C8B75BABAFC4FA/ is that you'll see that he is kind of childish and shouldn't be a trial mod in the first place if he puts this kind of shit for a reason. Second off he raided me twice, once with a cc with super speed and a acid type minigun that I believe is unobtainable for a cc, the other time he raided me he had super speed on a juggernaut and had super speed on. I don't know if this should get me unbanned but it should at least reduce my ban time because if you look at all of the people he's banned they have an extended ban and I'm not too sure if he can do that. so please help me. Its called Tmods can only do 24 hours max oof is a common term in the server and you were acting like a  complete asshole after i gave you many chances to stop acting like that...
