Reasons why you are reporting: So I've been completely abusing my power as a Moderator with Noclip (of course). The worse way I did this was Today (December 3rd) by going to an anonymous player with the !goto command to take the processors they SOLD TO ME safely to my base with a pickup box. I assure you this did not harm any players but it is still super bad. I have been using things like this for not too long but the guilt has just built up inside me for too long. THIS IS NOT A WAY FOR ME TO GET OFF EASY!!!! I am prepared and will take any punishment that seems necessary for this situation. Heck, I will take a demote if I need to. Maybe I will come back a better player and reapply if I do get demoted. I have truly betrayed all the players of TitsRP that I have gained trust with. I want to say sorry to all the t-mods that looked up to me. Anyone who has been doing this should come out now like me. I'm doing this because I finally told another staff member about it and MAN did it feel good. A lot of guilt gone there. This is not a resign as if I did that I would be nothing but a coward. I mainly want sugar to determine this but anyone will do.

I'd like to say... She/ Or he.. Made this due to me seeing this abuse. Bebe did not just "tell me about this" What happened is. I seen Bebe teleporting back and forth to b0ne earlier without any sits. So I checked chat logs and sure enough, Bebe kept teleporting to B0ne after he bought a processors then returning himself to buy more. I built up a case which consisted of screenshots of him/her doing this about 6-7 times? I also seen Bebe noclip a few times (One time he was stuck after teleporting to b0ne so he noclipped the rest of the way) (second time we were raiding and Bebe noclips outside so I kill him and he tells us he's building and teleports back to us, there was no build sign so we raided him) During that raid we found six processors presumably the ones he got from abusing so he PMed and said, "are you enjoying that I accidentaly pressed Z and removed build sign?" I said "Yes it's even more satisfactory knowing how you got these that we robbed them" He said "Huh?" I then said "See you on forums (=" To which Bebe begged me to tell him why I was reporting, so I finally did, and this is the reason I wish I didn't. He knew I was reporting so he went ahead and reported himself in hopes of a easier punishment maybe no demotion I presume cause he attempted to make me pity him at first which I said you should of thought about this ahead of time. He also admitted to doing other abuse, which I have evidence for as well as the abuse he's already admitted to. 

 

I do not believe Bebe genuinely feels bad, I believe he feels bad cause he's been caught and doesn't want to lose his position.

He also stated to me how "Maybe they won't demote me if I report myself" and "Blooper abused before got demoted and came back the best mod"

I don't know about you, but I don't feel this type of person (Someone who admitted to letting the power get to them and abusing it) should be on our staff team.

 

Also b0ne asked "isn't this abooose?" to his reply, "No teleporting is non-rp" which he also re-stated to me which to me only makes it worse, cause buying/selling processors is RP but teleporting is not, so combining the two is complete abuse.

 

Also I do have screenshots for everything but haven't posted because well, he's admitted to it.

So basically what happened was I was building and the processors were in the pickup box not being used in anyway, I was deleting a fence that I recently placed but instead I deleted the sign on accident. Not knowing this, the mic spamming player (not a hobo) was outside so I noclipped to tell him and he cant be doing this while Im building. Then Scored kills me and I go back to tell him I have a sign. Then I see the sign isn't there. Hard to believe I know but it is what happened I assure you.

But I do believe punishment should happen, I would say 1+ for demoting down to Tmod. I feel a full demote might be to harsh, beucase he does have good qualities in him but he needs to be taught better. Someone re train him and lead him to the path to being mod again.

Whereas I would agree, I strongly disagree. He doesn't "Need to be trained" he knows exactly what he's been doing and admitted to letting the power get to him and abusing it.. Why would you re-train him? Only to teach him the same commands that resulted in a demotion? And cares for this community? When he's abusing so not only is it unfair for others due to him but while reading over his chat logs he also said "He sold a kid 21 processors for 125k a piece" And then didn't even give him the processors... Really caring for the community.

ok i feel your like super out to get him right now! and by training him I mean proper ways in handling situations on staffing and how to not abuse. I really feel this isn't like a HUGE abuse thing it's still abuse but I feel he admits that he did wrong and from playing with him in game he's pretty well knowledgeable of the rules and how to staff but just needs to fix certain things like this abuse scandal and knowing to mb not be to strict at time. I won't say anymore but it just now seems like your salty which makes me support BEBE more because bebe has been pretty humble throughout all of this, and fyi I've seen staff abuse before and when they do get caught they never make a report on themselves they either deny it or explain them selfs. He was upfront and honest which i respect and shows that he can still be a good staff member but for now should not be mod.

I'm not "out to get him" I've literally said only truth.. And he literally only made this post because I already told him I had the evidence and was going to report him and to get a lesser punishment and hope he doesn't get demoted..Which he said to me.. Everyone is trained to handle situations accordingly and not abuse I have been a trial moderator for literally two days and I know this. Yet he's been a mod for a while now (which apparently he only got from asking admins for as I also found out while spectating) which means he probably has been abusing for a while now ( he admitted to me he's abused before this incident more than once.... https://imgur.com/a/8BxrD) and knows what he's doing. Not sure why I'd be salty nothing was done to me.. I joined the staff team to make this a fair and balanced community (even says so on my application) so when I see moderators that normal players look up to and constantly get told the rules by, I expect them to go by the rules they themselves enforce.. Like I said, I do not agree with an admin abusing staff member being apart of the staff team. If the admins do then that's on them but my training says this is not okay.

 

Imagine a normal player somehow teleporting from one spot to another to buy processors and bring it somewhere and constantly doing this, he would be banned. Yet your saying we should keep a moderator on the staff team for the same thing?
