Forums Opinion/Bugs?

Honestly, I find the forums to be pretty nice, but there are some problems.

 

I feel like a donation link should be put beside help, search, members, and called donate; instead of shop info. I honestly had a hard time finding the link and had to ask iEpic for some help.

Another problem is when I wasnt logged in as a member of the forums I could see the mod applications, but now that I am signed in it says there are no posts. 

I see that the moderator guidelines and template are located in the discussion board but not actually located in the moderator board I feel like they should be moved over there for easier access. I was completely dumb founded at first. (Just my opinion)

Regular users are not able to see moderator applications to prevent cheating. i do not know why not logged in people can see it
