I'm not lying to myself when i put an effort into something and never say that i don't make mistakes. When i say i try my best i mean that i have emotions and sometimes they get the better of my better judgement and i create situations like this. And i acknowledged it in a previous reply, and i'll acknowledge it again, i should have not gotten involved, and i will reflect on my mistakes that i made in this incident.

Gumbowl, the guy he was talking about who he made cry. Erick told me the story before you even said it. Don't make it seem like bullying. He was talking about a different guy, and plus. You showing him being disrespectful about a guy doesn't clear you of the disrespect you did. I don't appreciate either way, though you showing one way doesn't clear the other. -_-

 

(Heres the story of the guy who erick made "CRY" (Ragequit): Munkir was basing, munkir got his 1 Million worth of processors destroyed by a troll, munkir decides to pay 1 million to the troll so he can stop trolling them. The troll gets paid, the troll destroys the other processors. So they decide to get  revenge on the troll by basically trolling him back, the troll Rage quits..according to Erick.) (Erick told me this on steam chat. ( that i can only describe as bullying another player,")

OH..PLEASE, that's not bullying another player. What the other player did was a shitty move, and so erick got revenge on the other guy by making him ragequit. One thing. I really don't think what erick did compares to what you did (From what I see in the screenshots, because what erickerick did was like raiding a guy who already raided you. But what YOU did in this case doesn't really feel the same. Do I know the full story? No, do I know how erickerick made the guy ragequit? No, but he told me all that on steam, so I'm pasting it here. ) 

I would really appreciate if munkir comments on how accurate that story is, cause I didn't see it myself. That's all I got from the chat.

It seemed like bullying to me, but then again you are right about me not knowing the whole story. And like i said before, i am not trying to excuse what i did, i am just trying to explain why it happened the way it did, and why it all unfolded like that, I felt he undermined my skill as a moderator, so i made the immature move to undermine his skill to spell properly because on the surface it didn't seem like it would mean as much as it did. and yeah i was a dick about handling his reports and calling them retarded which was a poor choice of words, and not helpful at all to the situation.

OK, I understand how frustrating it is to be "undermined" on your Staffing ability.

Though, how many of us staff members have been "undermined" and called bad staff, called lazy called whatever, but as far as I can see. We don't always have the same outcome/reaction.

Two wrongs don't make a right, if someone did you wrong. Or disrespected you (Which I DONT think what erick said was disrespectful, all he said was just "Can I have good staff' lowkey. Which isn't an offense to you.) Unless he called you a bad staff, in that case. You could've responded more maturely and said. "Well, I'm trying my best" Simple. Would've ended the conversation, if he had continued. IT would've been his mistake, but what you did was bad either way.

i am very honest even when it gets me in trouble on the server and it has most of the staff likes me on the server i have never had a problem with a staff member or felt the need to make a complaint on a staff memeber or go this far this is my first time posting on the fourms the staff has always been very very nice to me and more helpful then any other server staff  gone above and beyond all the time for the server  amazing staff most of them its amazing even seeing ex mods care as much as they do about this server its a shocker seeing that... this is my first time posting on the fourms or feeling the need to do so or go this far  i love this server its the best one on garrys mod all the other servers are not like this server  sounds   like hes just trying to get me in trouble becuz i reported him he also said in a sit i dont accept them if therer spelling erriros or if its not basicly perfect reports sounds like a perfect reason to avoid doing sits as a mod today was my  first time meeting him my buddies from other servers love it more then the ones they play in those servers missing a lot compared to titsrp not just talking about there servers staff

Not saying he did but what if Eric had some type of disability that may of affected his spelling or something or if someone else was doing the same then you mock them. They would've felt like shit

I'm still keeping my stance unless you prove otherwise. Im not an anti bully and I'm not a pro bully. But when you are staff you need to make the server look good. There is no such thing as joking with people calling for staff.

 

i never joked when he was calling for staff. When he made reports i again told him in a very rude way what was wrong with them and why they were getting ignored. When he said in OOC, that he NEEDS staff that "know what they are actually doing", that is when i made the joke about him NEEDing a life. I thought the joke appropriate since it was relevant to the context of what he said but obviously i made the wrong call on that.

Not to nitpick but i just also wanted to point out that some disrespect was thrown my way and this whole ordeal was not one way. Also you'll see erick is talking about something that i can only describe as bullying another player, i left out the name for privacy reasons.
