Katy Pericuá FTW Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 EARLIER TODAY AT 5:29pm EST I was banned by an admin (UNBOUND) for doing my job at the pd. I was being a swat and someone entered the police station when I clearly told him not to enter, he did and I was chasing him around the pd trying to arrest him. While I was chasing him he ran in the middle of an admin (UNBOUND, which btw his job at the time was a swat sniper), and another person who seemed to be having a discussion in the pd which btw, if he was doing his admin duties, he should be doing it outside in a roof and not inside the jails. I know it may sound a bit biased coming from me, but this admin was very unfair and did not wanted to listen to my reason: 1. THE PERSON WHO I WAS TRYING TO ARREST GOT IN BETWEEN THE ADMIN ON PURPOSE 2. WHY WOULD I ARREST A SWAT SNIPER ON PURPOSE IF I WAS SWAT TOO 3. I WAS JUST DOING MY JOB AT THE PD LIKE NORMAL The admin was clearly in a bad mood to listen to reason and refused to listen to what I had to say. Being an admin you cant simply ban people just cause you feel like it, you got to listen to other peoples argument and assess the situation properly with a just verdict. This ban is very unjust and falsely placed, he did not even warned me he just went straight to the ban. As of now I have 1 warning in this server. Like I said he went straight to the ban. I really like and enjoy this server, I was always treated justly by other admins and they always answer my questions on the spot and listen what I have to say before making any drastic decisions. Please consider lifting my ban, cause I have done nothing wrong beside doing my job as a swat. THANKS IN ADVANCE. Steam ID below. Ospevon Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 sorry for you getting banned. a while back he warned me for "RDM" when he was caught in crossfire. he wouldnt even take me into a sit. just ignored me and didnt listen to me. he dont make a very good moderator. just talk to a higher up admin and it should be removed. TitsRP Posted August 27, 2015 Share Posted August 27, 2015 I feel as if this really did happen, Unbound must of been in a really disoriented mood. I don't know why he would just ban you when you attempted to explain yourself as to why you arrested him on accident. Did you run back to go and unarrest him? Either way, I will take your word for it since you wrote a pretty detailed report and Unbound is offline. Also, we just looked into the logs and you arrested one person, Jarred. Same, i was counter raiding PD and I killed him, I guess he didn't see my advert so he brought me to the fountain area and a cop ran up and arrested me after I was there for not even 4 seconds, he didn't do anything about it.
