Why were you banned?: I was banned by Cullen for fda and keypad not in plain sight. It was a 7 Day Ban

Why should you be unbanned?: I literally did not fda at all, in the recording when i opened the fading door the raid was already over (The first time the fading door opened it was my friend inside with a button fyi) and if you watch the video the keypad is literally like 3 feet from the fading door and its not hidden behind anything. this ban was ridiculous

Apparently you're only allowed to have a button on a window fading door (such as something like the mayors window in the PD station), according to Cullen. Other than that I don't see a huge issue here. How long were you banned for? who banned you? Please state those answers so I can give my verdict.

It was cullen, 7 days, and his evidence (also my evidence i used in the report ) still dosent prove that there was a button in the base nor was there someone in there to operate the button if there was one at that time.

From the video it looks like you used a key bind after you shot them, i HIGHLY doubt your friend hit the supposed "button"  open the door for you to walk out then back in your base at the perfect time for you. 

 

-1  for unban because it smells a bit like bullshit with the given evidence +lying from what it looks like to me.

i said in the appeal that the first time it opened (after i kidnapped the guy) it was the button. the second time when i opened it and went out then back in it was a hotkey, at that time the raid was already over so its not fda

If you need i can get my friend to vouch for me, and there is no proof that there is not a button or someone to operate it, he took your word and banned me without me having a chance to say mine.

So in the video is is clearly not FDA.

After rewatching the video, it does look like you FDAed to get the kidnapped person into your base. no were in the video can you see anyone else basing with you or even shooting the trespasser only you. We also do not see any buttons by your one way prop.

Sadly this is not enough evidence to prove that you did FDA it is very possible you had someone in your base opening the door for you. 

The rest of my voting stands the same.

 

You killed 1/2 people in your base and after killing the first person the second person left your base and only then did you open your door and leave.

 

But 

 

Your keypad is in plain sight but it is not next to your door.

In the MOTD it says "You must have your keypads in plain sight and it must be next to the door"

 

Correct me if I am wrong but since when does right next to your door mean behind your door not attached to your door and almost on the floor.

 

So to top it off the video shows you did not FDA but you did not put your keypad next to your door.

Now unless I am missing something this is no an offense worth banning over.

Of course there is the chance you had been warned or told that it was not allowed recently and refused to listen or you did not cooperate in the sit or you were disrespectful.

 

But even if you did all of that it should still not be a week ban for something as minor as not putting the keypad next to your door.

 

Until we hear the full story from Cullen side I will hold off on my voting but currently I would be +1 for unban.

There was no sit, ever. not bill cosby reported me on forums the day after it happened and posted the video i linked, and cullen just banned me from that for a week..

I was talking about after he kidnap the guy while vader was chasing him, not after he killed me. Still none of his evidence proves there was a button in his base nor was there someone in the base operating this hypothetical button as he claims was the reason for the first suspected fda. Also having his "friend" vouch for him is not credible evidence.
