Phyran is the player that I killed FYI Mc Foreman Grill is a trial mod on your server, I am not reporting him in any way, as some of you may already, I am trying to apply for a trial mod spot, I do not want this in anyway to change your guy's opinion on me. So basically here's what happened. There was this player, who was kidnapping people and bringing them into his base and locking them in, this is not my issue, however, he kidnapped someone that I was playing with at the time, so I shot and killed him. The second time that this has happened, it was during a battle basically, there were CP officers shooting at this particular player and when I walked up I was hit a few times by this player, so I shot at him, about 4-5 times, again killing this player. Now the kill count is at 2 for me, then when I was in the town square by the fountain, I was shot at, I ran for cover, and was killed, but a bulldog shotgun, by this player. But in the after math, this moderator says that he could check far into the logs to see that, that is very concerning to me because I feel like you should be able to check that far back into the logs. On the third time, it was in a raid, we stormed his base, and I shot and killed him after he killed two people doing the raid with me, he also used many disrespectful terms towards me and my peers, like "Bitch, faggot, fuckboy, cocksucker, and fucking little faggot ass bitch, when I talked to Mc Foreman Grill about these in the aftermath, he said "they are not that bad, get over it", which I feel is very unprofessional. he brought me to a sit with Mc Foreman Grill, and checked the kill logs which showed that I killed the player without him damaging me, Mc Foreman grill states that that if the bullet did not hit me, then I can't shoot back, but the bullets that were intended to hit me missed or his friend hit me, but Mc Foreman Grill missed the fact that I was not damaged by him , but by his friend,or he completely disregarded that fact. When we were in the sit, Mc Foreman Grill missed many key details that I stated, like the disrespect and the fact that that player had a friend with him. Mc Foreman Grill also refused to talk to me afterwards, we were in a discord chat and I was asking him question and he just totally refused to speak tome when I asked him some questions, He also stated that "cant believe I as going to be admin", which was completely unprofessional, and I wish he would have handled that more professionally. This is my favorite server to play on and I really hope that you will understand. Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. If so for how long? So you know you have to counter before killing some who is kidnapping your friend. And to counter on this server you have to get involved first. You can not just advert counter. So you would have to tell the kidnapper to leave your friend alone or you will kill him. This makes it so there is more rp on the server and less reason for rdm. As for damage logs they only last about 2 minutes. Since it shows everyone whon has taken damage. Which normally happens every second.
