Why is this Kennedy name keeps popping up? 

 

He is irrelevant to this case of Ice "abusing" noclip and !goto. 

 

Anyways, my thoughts on this report is the same thing what Tunnel and Cullen said. The fact that you admit to your noclip to see what's going on is kind of abusive because it conflicts the staff code of conduct on noclip. 

 

Here's some clarification to the goto:

• Ask another staff/player if you can teleport to them if you are not handling a case. 
  
• ABSOLUTELY DO NOT teleport to staff/player randomly to RP 
  

I am neutral on this situation because I believe this is a misunderstanding.

Also watch the other link I posted about him enforcing fear RP. He did this twice but I only captured the one that I posted.

I'll talk to Ice and teach him some things if I see him in-game, for the most part it looks like he is just trying to help... the problem however is that he isn't doing it our way.

I'll have him look over the rules since you brought up the FearRP thing or I'll teach him how to quickly look up stuff.

 

I'm going to go over everything I feel I need to say then I am closing this thread.

 

Don't no-clip from one place to another unless its from the ground to a roof to have a sit. 

 

If you !goto someone you !return yourself when you are done.

 

You can not teleport to someone so you can "rant/calm down" if you need to talk to someone find them in game or message them.

 

You should only use your powers when physically helping others. Not to go ask them random questions or answer random questions. This can all be done in the chat. In a sit where they may get in trouble, that is reasonable to bring them to talk to them, otherwise don't teleport.

 

Use your powers ONLY to help with rule breakers. You can not teleport to someone to help them build their base. That is not a task for our staff. However you may on your own help someone build their base, you may not use your staff powers in this process.

 

You do not need to no-clip into a wall to spectate someone, go to spawn and kill yourself. If anything just go to spawn and put your back to a corner and you will be okay.

 

Being "Staff on Duty" gives you no special advantages and does not allow you to use your powers without repercussion. Being in sits or physically in the middle of helping someone does give you special advantages however. I'm referring to you being exempt from RP.
