False ban from Deadlypaper

Why were you banned?: Rdmx1, Attempt RDM in a sit, Troll

Why should you be unbanned?: I kiled a person who killed a person in my party (skriptkitty) who then called a sit because they thought I rdmed them. I did shoot rigbe once in the foot with a laser rifle during sit after him being a total asshat and repeatedly insulting me and the admin but he was at full health and that is not enough for a 1 day ban. Rather than actually check logs or see that I am actually in the party with the person he just banned me for a day and took Rigbe's word on it that i was a "troll" which is a load of shit.

Evidence: My computer is garbage so I cant really record and I was not taking screenshots because I did not expect to be banned for a false reason.

EDIT: I think I might have forgotten to call counter when killing Rigbe for killing a party member. Also Deadly did not bother to ask me my side of the story or actually do anything useful. He just fired off a ban and took someones word for being a troll. And if  I did forget to call counter that is at most a warning/verbal warning as I had not done it before and it was a mistake.

You don't necessarily have to call counter as long as they physically know you are involved. I think I will update the server for tomorrow to say your party name above your head. If they have no clue who you are and how you're involved with the situation and you guys are in a party then you will have to call counter due to no RP being executed and basically being "you killed my friend, I do not like that and since you do not know i'm his friend, I am going to kill you"

 

Shooting the guy in the foot is something you shouldn't do. No staff member wants to help you guys out and no player wants to make a report, everyone wants the game to just be played and to have fun. When you create something else to added to the situation it only takes more time and gets everyone upset. You just have to be the bigger man to ignore people saying harsh things to you and to just try to end the sit as quickly as possible.

 

From the information gathered I probably would of verbally warned you, warned you or banned you for like an hour depending on the way you responded to the situation. I can lower the ban for you unless the mod who banned you has some other kind of reasoning to keep you banned.
