Why Were You Banned? :

 

 

Alright bois,

A while back I was cheating, or scripting ( a script kiddie ), and joining random servers to see what kind of

chaos I can cause. And, of course, I was banned in pretty much all of them. I didn't really think about it as much 

since I didn't really play Garry's Mod a lot back then. A while later I'm watching a video by jmwFILMS

and I see a server that I really like. Turns out, that the server that he played on is this one and happens

to be one of the server I tried to be a douche on.

 

If I remember correctly, I was banned around July 17, 2016.

 

 

Why Should You Be Unbanned : 

 

I'm not asking for forgiveness about me trying to be an asshat, I'm just asking for a second chance.

I highly doubt that I will actually be unbanned but the worst

thing that can happen is that you guys say no and / or people will bash me because I tried to be an asshat

on your server. I know it's dumb to ask to be unbanned since I tried to cheat in your server, but I'm

just a guy who wants to have a good time.

I say unban. Wait, v0xel wants someone who broke the rules to be unbanned? Here's why:

 

• Let's pretend we know he did it on purpose, and he didn't care if he got unbanned. Why go through the trouble of making a ban appeal? Why not just hop to another server? It doesn't add up, in my opinion. If you're still shady about it, @Sugar, hit him with the test of time. Give it a few days and then unban. If he cares enough to keep checking this and cares enough to remember to come back to this specific server, it's gotta be an honest mistake.
  

• Let's pretend we know he didn't do it on purpose. He still cheated, right? Again, the time test. Maybe give him a week(ish) ban and if he comes back, he's telling the truth. But v0xel, what if he hacks again? He used a cheat detectable by cake. That's the equivalent to washing a car with a soap bar or setting up and paying for a Discord server through a scam host. He's obviously not that bright. If he cheats again, he'll be caught, whether that be by anticheat or a player. There's 3 scripts I know of undetectable, and they're well known. He was lazy about cheating, but he wasn't lazy about this.
  

But what if you're just a guy who's really against people who break rules and you don't care about the situation at all, you just know he cheated and got banned, and that's perfectly fine with you?... Fuck it, keep him banned. I don't care. I just haven't posted in a while.

People who make unban appeals after a long period of time usually get unbanned, I don't mind unless what ever you did is pretty ballistic. Welcome back!
