Og. Geezer
In-Game Name Jabario67 Your Steam ID 76561198754748500 Why were you banned or warned? MRDM Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I was actively dealing with situation as SWAT and the player who reported me was involved in the lobby's incidents. I previously interacted with this player and arrested someone for him. I don't think my kill count alone accurately represents what happened especially when I'm getting RDM'd every other minute. Who warned/banned you? PIBBLE How long were you warned or banned for? 6 days Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/ Share on other sites
tali
I'll forward this to pibble, but are you admitting to killing a bunch of people?? 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/#findComment-183245 Share on other sites
StaticCG
I just want to add in before pibble posts the logs, but if you are being RDM'd, you should make a ticket. Taking actions into your own hands will just get you in trouble. Also admitting to killing a bunch of other players, even with your provided context, is still Mass RDM. However I will hold my vote until pibble responds. 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/#findComment-183247 Share on other sites
Og. Geezer
I was not going out of my way to kill civiliians, I'm not even sure if the person who reported me ("HOLY LARP" player reported me) was the player i couldve killed, there was a church that had a sign saying "THERE IS NO GOD" i only killed the athiest priest and 5 mins later im getting interrogated by pibble and HOLY LARP at 3am Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/#findComment-183249 Share on other sites
tali
Wait for pibble to respond with his logs for the ban. New health: 16 <30-09-2026 / 23:17:48> You did kill the player Holy Larp. While we were in the sit, you were saying, Well, I was cleaning up the streets" and What's the point of this gun then, if I can't kill people? I'm pretty sure you didn't call any sits prior to this either, since it's not showing up in my sit logs, btw don't leave in the middle of the sit either; it's not the most ideal thing to do when you want to appeal your current ban. watch out steel chair Posted yesterday at 05:39 AM Share Posted yesterday at 05:39 AM (edited) Leaving in the middle of a sit is a quick way to get banned without being able to argue your side. That said, I don't think MRDM applies in the more decent kills since a lot of them were initiated by the other party. However, that doesn't excuse the fact that you went on a rampage earlier AND doesn't excuse you for killing the other 2 that hadn't done anything. Therefore, I'm -1 for appeal. choom
LTAP and MRDM is neither a good look or helping your case here. Not to mention RDM does not justify RRDM, I would suggest next time you are killed to make a sit. It doesn't matter the circumstances or how angry you are. Even if you know you are going to be banned, just stick it out until the message, especially when you intend to appeal. Just take some time off, when you can please read our rules, you don't have to be a rule expert. All we want is for you to at the very least have an understanding of how to do things in-game. You only have 1 prior at the start of this year for a similar if not the same reason, we want you to play the game just don't do this kind of thing. For this Appeal I am -1 for unban Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/#findComment-183280 Share on other sites
MarkCX
Even if others are doing wrong, that does not warrant you to do wrong as well. We do not abide by hammurabi's code on this server. -1 just wait the ban length Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/#findComment-183281 Share on other sites
ChefSoda
The logs indicate that you killed multiple people who posed no threat and did not attack you first. You also apparently left during the sit which it LTAP. Your ban is almost up, just wait it out. -1 for appeal/reduction Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25718-ban-appeal-swat-enforcer/#findComment-183282 Share on other sites
