SWIFTLY has become a real problem

To give context to the story (pictures 1-6, 8-10), SWIFTLY started to raid these guys, I was a juggernaut at the time so I arrested him, he was sent to jail. After he got out of jail he came back to the guys base, raided them again but someone killed him before they he got access, he came back AGAIN and then proceed to kill him all, including me for no reason. I told him that what he was doing was breaking NLR and why he killed me and he  typed "I'm Pissed". 

 

The picture that is 7 down was not apart of all that mess, this one was earlier in the night and he revenge RDMed me and openly admitted to it by responding "FUCK YA".

 

This guy hasn't had the best reputation on the server, I seen he rdm before tonight too but tonight it was constant mass rdm, revenge rdm, and breaking NLR. I really do wish that something is done about it.

I talk to SWIFTLY and he did admit to certain things...

He was a really nice guy about this whole situation, so what I did was ban him for 3 days
