ok we are getting more evidence by toucan and other people so sugar don't give you're reply please.

Ok so basically what happened is I was on ts with morins, crt, boogs, and gazooks. Me and steve joined the server. Basically after some stuff steve ends up getting warned for a VALID REASON. He got pissed and rdm'ed KennyS. He was then jailed. While he was jailed erston said in chat "why are you banning the servers co-owner". AKA not afk and then KennyS bans him. We talked on ts and crt asks steve if he wants him to unban him. I say I would and I do because hes one of the three who started the server. Before steve rdm'ed on the server sugar bailed him out saying he was his friend. I thought the same would apply to this. I should have checked with someone else then crt because he wont support me on anything. I will not do this again and it wont be a problem in the future. I think I should have maybe pmed sugar instead of judging it by the talk in the ts. That is the full story.

I wrote in admin chat to not ban Morins, who is practically the co-owner of the server because he was jailedtp and was accused of mass-rdm. I didn't know the entire story because I was literally afk in the ingame bathroom for a while.

 

However, he still rdm'd whoever was doing the sit after I tp'd to him and he was banned.

 

Toucan not really at fault. I did say in admin chat to not ban Morins for being dumb, but the intentional RDM during the sit was enough to warrant the ban.

 

Plus, his continuous spamming of purchasing VIP ingame with money he spawned in from his tenure as Superadmin to flood chat is also bannable.

 

Morins will be punished.

 

Toucan only acted on what I previously said in chat and I asked Morins if he wanted to be unbanned in Teamspeak Voicechat.

 

TL;DR - I don't know what's going on half the time and didn't know the entire story for most of it till I just hopped on TS right now.

 

Toucan will be monitored, Morins will be banned for a day or so.
