I did not see any reports from womcjovxd although I had seen many report's against him before so I took the one I saw at the time and that's when I had seen the doors owned by the accuser, I waited a moment then went inside to see what was wrong and he said there was a bunch of props in his base, so then I tried to tp womcjovxd to us so that I could figure out what had happened and he was not online, I waited a moment and seen he was still not online, I then removed his props and went to the tunnel in the bottom of said base and saw that there was a bunch of walls covering a bunch of the accusers props which made me believe that it was his base even more. After I had removed the props I looked and had seen that you had priors such as : IRDA obiwrld Thu Jan 30 21:47:29 2025 gigamuted for 30m for hard r , Decent Human Being Racism / Player Toxicity Jan 27, 2025 , RDM Decent Human Being Mon Jan 27 00:06:51 2025 and warned you after Door Salesman told me you had randomly left and told me you had priors. After that I was taking a sit and saw that you had joined back, you responded in ooc and I admit I could have responded better but once I finished the sit I was in, I TPed womcjovxd ASAP to figure out what his side of the story was and that's when he started screaming into the chat talking badly about me and another staff member, I tried calming the situation down by typing in chat asking what happened and he finally told me his side and that is when I apologized for warning him once I looked in logs and saw he owned it first and I attempted to tell him my point of view and as to why I believed he should have been warned, I then removed the warn to calm the situation down and told him I removed it so that he knew I messed up, he would not listen and continued to mention what happened with our staff member Door Salesman which I then asked him to further explain so I may get his side of the story, and he gave his side which I then apologized on Door Salesman's behalf and backed up because at that point he was only trying to scream in the CHAT towards Door Salesman. He continued to scream into the CHAT as I waited for him to calm down and he just said he was going to report us, I agreed and told him that he should since he feels so strongly towards it and told him I was going to return him so that he may enjoy his rp as it was obvious he did not want to be around us. Decent Human Being Posted January 31, 2025 Share Posted January 31, 2025 Okay, from an outside perspective, spending a good 20 minutes reading through and watching everything this is a bit ridiculous. If I was in womcjovxd's shoes I would be really angry too. There are ways to conduct yourself as staff and there is ways you definitely don't. When a clearly newer player on the server is being put in deployable shield (which are destroyable by punching or shooting) and you offer to respawn him instead of just moving the shields, shooting the shields, phys gunning the guy out of the shields, or teleporting him 3 feet forward. This guy had 2 active tickets up at least at this time asking for help and you are just watching him stuck. Im not saying you have to handle the sit right then and there but do something to help this guy. Quote Do not force other players to get stuck, if they can't move it's not RP So the demote does not look valid from the video as in the laws weps/sweps were illegal. Womcjovxd is in the right when he is complaining that he is false demoted. Then when his sits are blatantly denied he relogs not knowing how to get out and obiworld warns him for having props in a house. Instead of bringing him to a sit over "propminge" which it wasn't you just warned him. Typically I do not give people a warn or ban for propminge unless it is abundantly apparent it is intended. Most of the time when you ask someone to remove props they will do it. So not only did he warn him over propminge without bringing him, it also does not appear to be propminge either. This is more than enough to drive anyone to the anger womcjovxd is experiencing. Moving on womcjovxd starts typing out of frustration in OOC and gets gigamuted for an hour without typing any slurs. Unless he is clogging OOC, which he wasn't, there just wasn't a reason to mute him. You are allowed to voice frustration in OOC until at least asked to stop. I am just lost for words how something so minimal can get out of hand so fast. Obiworld before jumping to conclusions bring the player to a sit first, look at the door logs to see that he owned that building. Punishments should not be handed out without a sit. Obi Posted January 31, 2025 Share Posted January 31, 2025 I had made mistakes with what I had said as it was really late and I was tired, I am sorry I fully agree with what he had said but I agreed with womcjovxd on me making a mistake that's why I had even tried reasoning with him , I have not been tmod for a week and whilst that is NOT an excuse I feel as if he should not expect me to be perfect especially when I first took the sit with womcjovxd as the accused and there was literally no other sit on my screen, I attempted to Teleport both players, he was not in the server so I deleted his props, I believe all I could be in trouble for is jumping to conclusions but I have reasoning if you read below and again I had both apologized and removed the warn from his account because I realized I made a mistake when I believed he left and wasn't joining back, but I 100% tried to teleport him more than once. I never gigamuted him I simply waited for the sit I claimed to be over so that I may quickly take care of the issue that womcjovxd had. I understand why you would feel towards me getting demoted but at the same time I do not feel as if I should be demoted since I had taken a sit and during the sit I attempted to teleport womcjovxd multiple times and he was not able to be teleported until he joined back, then as soon as I was able to tp him without upsetting another player I teleported him. I will let you know now why I believed he was a minge from the very start.
