i said i may have technically broke nlr but even so that doesnt call for a vote ban for me coming back to the area to check if yall finished raiding.... like bro does not need the use of vote ban if he thinks that sliding back to the district to check if a raid is finished is a bannable offence. u camped me outside of spawn twice first time u killed me second time u kidnapped me. when u came to come check if we were done raiding it had not been a minute and u were shooting at us. also it does call for a vote ban even if its nlr because u have nlr priors.

From the clip provided all i'm seeing is Han solo kidnapping a thief, dying then running around until he gets votebanned. 

If Mutants has no other proof to back up his side of the story there's not much we can really go off of.

Unless other proof is provided to help Mutants case my vote is
