I did not get a video of this happening however, but I witnessed him noclip through the middle of downtown, through someones base, and on top of all this he has absolutely no idea what to do as a T-mod. I and many others have tried to help him out but he seems to just not be handling a staff position very well. I have also noticed how he random jails people CONSTANTLY.
