Why were you banned or warned?

Apparently mis-using the votekick/voteban system.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I believe that I have been in the right in votebanning or votekicking people when its been more than 10 mins that I have been waiting for a sit on an individual.

| Rivtuu restricted You from calling votes for 11 years, 4 months, 4 weeks and 2 days. (Misuse of the vote system.) is the reason why I am here. I only start a voteban or votekick once it has been 10 mins or more that staff do not take my sits. Even when I do make a votekick or voteban, staff often stop the votekick or voteban but still refuse to take my sits which makes no sense. I often put adverts for staff to take my sits because it has already been 10 mins that I have waited for an individual to get punished by staff but they don't take them so I am forced to start a votekick or voteban because alot of players don't know how the system works. I end up putting adverts for them to take my sits after they stop my vote and then they still don't take my sits. So sometimes I end up putting a second voteban or votekick up and it then gets accepted. I would be willing to re-try to become staff again possibly at some point in the future, but I do not want to at this point and the votekick/voteban system is the only way us players have to remove a threat from the server. I truly believe I am in the right and that I should not have my rights taken away. If it wasn't for the fact that the staff generally don't take sits on the server unless they are t-mod or mod and even at that, a lot of the staff do not take sits, I wouldn't be in this situation right now.

I also was never given a warning or nothing prior to this, so the fact that I just get straight up permanently removed from votebans/kicks is a little much don't you think?

You were "indefinitely" vote restricted based on a decision made by me, senior mods, and an admin. This decision came from you chronically calling votes literally less than a minute after making a sit, I personally have witnessed this SEVERAL times. You also seem to call votes on petty minor things that could be resolved with a simple conversation. There is countless votes over things that do not impact yours, or anyone elses experience. As I said in the sit I brought you in to inform you of this, I am not going to argue on it. I made this call with fellow staff and concluded it is the appropriate thing to do.
