Microsoft Technician
Your In-Game Name: Heyoka Your Steam ID: 76561198091573239 Who are you reporting?: DrPerky, Crabbake, whatever staff was online Why are you reporting this player?: Didn't even shoot a gun or leave kingdom for 2-3 hours just talking to a friend, get votekicked, and then votebanned on my return. Do you have evidence related to this incident?: Yes Relevant Info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drRYvcZdmis Same group harassing me, using staff against me etc. I believe the players who falsely banned me and the staff who let it go knowingly should both be punished for this. (I know staff will say he didn't see it even though it's on clip of him saving Bam out of 5+ votes). No audio in video as I was playing copywritten music. Spülbecken
+1 unban Looks like a voteban abuse to me, what you said was not remotely offensive. -1 staff punishment. This doesn't look like favoritism by staff. There were 69 people online when you were banned and only 1 staff member. In my opinion, it's easy to miss a voteban if you even briefly look away or go AFK, but our player reports can also cover the voteban. (at least in my experience) I do see that they saved bam, but that was several minutes before your voteban. Also, this player is not even staff on duty, they are allowed to be a regular player, and it is much easier to miss when you are not actively looking for it. +1 1 day ban and voterestrict Crabbake from warn. I don't think punishing everyone who voted "yes" is necessary; people often vote without fully understanding the situation. The primary responsibility lies with the person who initiated the voteban. Assuming players believe a voteban is placed in good faith, more evidence is needed to prove any targeted harassment by a specific group. (IMO) EDIT: Crabbake (STEAM_0:0:5281589 )recently votebanned another player for no reason. This player has played long enough to know not to do this. They have a total of 16 bans, with recent playing activity. Is this player just interested in vote banning our player base? Maybe not, but this doesn't look good at all. Rule used to justify ban/restriction: This includes vote banning/kicking for false reasons or using the command to mess with friends. First offense should include a note on the players account & voterestrict for 7 days. Repeat violations or MASS abuse should result in a 1 day ban and permanent voterestrict. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Edited July 3 by Spülbecken Ban adjustment / Added more information
AflictoGaming
i am +1 on a vote restrictions for 1w since it seems this player wants to just be vote banning anyone +1 to have the voteban removed from your record -1 for the staff on for the reasons that there was a lot of players. Its easy to miss votebans, he wasn't staff on duty meaning he was just trying to player as well.
