Why were you banned or warned?

i was banned for the killing of 17 people within the span of 30-40 mins. the first 20 mins of that i had been a bounty hunter and was killing people to level up as the job was 3x. after which i had switched my cc and was with a party of people, these people as well as myself had multiple bounty hunters, hitmen, etc. come after them in this time frame as you can see in the logs. multiple cops were on the server most of which were randomly arresting or using taser on multiple people. i had mistaken one of these cops for another one at the time and had ended up killing him a couple times. i hadn't realized this until after being brought to the sit and being told it wasn't him. once knowing i had apologized to the pd in sit but before i could even hear his response i was banned for 3 days mrdm.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

i believe i should have been given a warn. because in the moment i was not the only person doing this (killing the pd's absuing) as they kept coming back and we were all in a big group of people, this makes it very hard to know who's doing what, as well as. the fact that the other 16 people were either apart of my bounties or, bounty hunters/hitmen themselves.

I acknowledged the bounty kills I was just saying you killed X amount of players in X amount of time, 

the ban was for the Non bounty kills like you killing the same guy 3 times (who also reported you for it) and the 2 bounty hunters you also killed without reason.

You were being respectful about it which is why I reduced it to 3 days instead of the usual 1 week

Going by the logs Stabby has you on a case of MRDM, which can default to 5 days. I see you did acquire an exceptional amount of bounties, it still does not explain the rest of the kills you had soon after, also looks as if you kept returning to the same area, encountering the same people. Considering Stabby was already willing to work with you and give you 3 days, 

 -1 for unban.

Hi, yes I see the logs. I had previously explained that the bounty hunter and hitmen kills were party assist except for once when I had a bounty on me. With that said the only reason I can see for a warm/ ban would have been because of the one person who I had 3 kills on. Referring to my previous statement, the pd had been grouped in with a couple cops abusing. Seeing as how he was not using his mic and returning after each time how am I supposed to know he isn’t the one tasing me. especially when it’s coming from his direction in a large group of people as he’s following me around. Am I not to assume he had been the one doing it?

you can see names from a fair distance regardless that is on you to verify your killing the right person and if your shooting first your per-preemptively rdming them and should have called a sit if you were getting harassed by a cop or singled out. and if not that at-least tried to avoid the situation because both party's are liable to punishment if both are breaking rules. This situation is why that is in place to cover for the innocent people that get gunned down randomly in situations like this. Would like to know specifically which kills we are looking at in the log and then match with party assist logs as-well to confirm. Trimmed logs to remove everything prior to end of his bounty-hunting.

the only party assist kills were the last bounty hunter in logs and once on the pd before dying to mayor, wrest of them were bounties placed on me. big ego is the friend i was referring to and should also be apart of bounty logs as i had a bounty on him, the mayor had been rdming, and the other 3 kills on the pd are what I'm trying to justify. In each situation except one you can see in logs i had taken damage before shooting at him. i understand you're able to see names but at the same time its extremely hard to see anything after being tased especially in a large group of people. i understand its a little hard to see based on logs but it's honestly just a situation that would've needed to be explained in sit if i had even been given the time is all and that's pretty much the only reason I'm writing this. even the pd had said he just wanted to be returned and didn't care after hearing part of what i said and with me apologizing.  i just think i should've been given a warn/maybe day ban (based off previous warns) with everything explained.

I would like to see stabby elaborate more on the sit because if the only person that reported you for the rdm wanted to drop the sit and even he feels it may have been accidental this could have been handled without a ban, Specifically which users above were confirmed to be RDM.

Kojack was the one who reported him for rdm/targeted rdm since it happened multiple times, at no point did I hear him say "I want to close the sit" or anything related to that. I gave you plenty of time to explain but you never actually said why you killed kojack, you only said "bounty kills" I know speed was mass rdming so I excused that. 

 

And for how you said you thought kojack was trying to abuse cp, you killed him 3 separate times within  a minute when he wasnt even holding a weapon/cuffs.

Taking into account the logs, stabby's response to the situation, lack of evidence contradicting stabbys testimony im -1 He confirmed 3 RDM's against the cop in question and gave you a heavily reduced banned due to circumstances as MRDM is 1 week by default.
