I was NOT trying to bribe Insurance Agent. I was actually trying to bribe the one who called the sit. Not being listened to was how I felt during the sit, but that's besides the point. The sit-caller, I said to him, "I'll give you my whole inventory and all my money." He said, "I'm a rich whore," and other words, also, "You can't afford me," and, "I'm a diamond slut." I couldn't bribe him if I tried. I was NOT trying to bribe staff. Why would I even do that, it doesn't even make sense to do that.

I shouldn't be banned and the reason is because my ban is different, I will now explain myself and the situation in a long way. Look at the bottom to read the short version.

It all began when I first spawned... I bought a large machine gun. It costs over 250,000 dollars, and then I walked to PD. Earlier, before the purchase, there was a anonymous mask man killing anyone who entered. I came back. He killed me. Over and over again, and all I wanted was an emergency phone... He was no longer there when I arrived with the tools to get rid of him, but before, he was killing anyone and everyone and nobody seemed to mind. I didn't know that they would care when I arrived prepared to kill the anonymous masked man. I thought it was all in good fun. I repeat: I thought it was all in good fun. A police man stopped me. He pulled me aside, just outside of PD. I had only just arrived with my very expensive weapon.
"I need to check you real quick."
"Holy shit, why are you lugging that thing around?"
I was in a spot that nobody wants to be in. I was in deep trouble. Two hundred and fifty thousand dollars deep into an investment I would never get to use. Unless... I revealed my weapon. I shot him a lot. I killed him. I went into PD. I shot them all. Everyone. Anyone. My previous plan to get rid of the man in the anonymous mask became an all-out rampage. All of them. It was a massacre, a Mass Random Deathmatch. But was it so random? I had to be afraid of the police, and the hobo soon revealed himself - in the sit - to be a disguised cop. I killed one cop. I had to destroy the rest on fear, I was scared of losing my weapon, my 250,000 dollar investment by being arrested or killed.

Now this is a different case. I'm not just killing anyone because I wanted to MRDM, I'm not like that... I collect trash, build obnoxiously huge bases, and fish all the time. I'm just trying to go back to my fishing rod. I want to. I feel like the admin was legit, but he was too legit. I needed an admin who was less serious, but that's not important. I thought it was all just for fun, and that admins wouldn't be called. I thought that it was okay. I thought it was more of a Mass Friendly Death Match.

TLDR:
I killed police officers because they were trying to arrest me/kill me for having a very big gun and killing a cop who checked me for it. I got banned for MRDM. Simple. I think I deserve the unban. I won't buy another M249, I promise. I also won't trust the false bond that is the Mass Friendly Death Match, I learned the hard way that it stops being friendly when you kill them instead of letting them kill you.

You can kill cops for weapon checking you/swinging cuffs at you, If theres a clip of them specifically swinging their cuffs at you and you could post it I'd happily be a +1 for unban BUT as of right now i'm

Mind you the other individuals you were gunning down are holding Inv pickup, undercover swep, and a stun gun that you had not been show with at the point of time. You Indiscriminately gunned down multiple cops and a bystander after 1 legitimate kill. The other users were so confused as to why they died a sit was called against you for a non adverted pd raid as hobo. Even if the cops attempt to arrest you in PD you cannot defend yourself unless your raiding. and after looking closer at the weapon check it was done inside of the PD meaning you were still not justified in killing the first police officer as your not allowed to defend yourself in PD unless your raiding.

I just wanna go back to playing normally, I wasn't really trying to MRDM, I just did it, and I am remorseful for it. I'm a new player, I really did think it was all okay based on the fact that the one guy was killing everyone first... I just want another chance

I know it makes no difference but the hobo was a disguised cop, and I have reasons to believe that the Hacker (anonymous mask who was MRDMing everyone in PD), and the hobo, were the same person all along. It's the most Mass Unfriendly Death Match I've ever seen, it's not fair to me that he gets to kill me and everyone else - no sits called - then as soon as he dies, he gets me banned. It's hypocrisy! I can't say that I'm not guilty, but come on, I'm a good guy, I'm not like those people that get on, choose cop, then start killing people like the anonymous mask, Hacker, fake Hobo, ultimately a cop - I'm a good person. Think of this, too, I was just responding to the falsely perceived fun by bringing in an LMG, I had plans to kill one person but it became a whole thing, I got my wires crossed between killing that weapon-checking cop and the Hacker who was actually a cop all along, then pretending to be a hobo. I was a little confused, and let's face it, this is a confusing situation, and they were all already trying to kill me because every time I entered before, they would kill me! It's just not fair, it's like he got me in trouble just because he didn't wanna get killed back, and here I am thinking it's just for fun, but then he calls a sit on me... Come on... It's just wrong, and I do feel bad for getting rid of all those guys, but only the one who was killing me and everyone else called a sit. Isn't it just baiting? 

 

This could've all been over if I just chose -$250,000 and 2 minutes in jail, but I was having the idea that it was all for fun, and that it was okay because he killed me and so many others for fun! So I thought I could do it too, but then that same MRDMer who was never called to a sit, brought me into one. It's such a backstabbing, it's such betrayal... I'm sad because of it. I just want to fish...

It even says it in the logs, "Undercover Cop", he was NOT a hobo, and they were all MRDMing everyone! So as soon as I do it back, a sit is called? I understand the reasons for strict adherence to the rules, but why only apply them to good players, and not the bad ones? All of those cops were bad. I was never doing anything to them and they kept killing me, I thought it was okay, and then he called admin... I wasn't just MRDMing everyone, I'm not like that. They were all killing me and about to kill me again, so I killed them, it's not fair to blame me for MRDM when it was allegedly just for fun, and they were all attacking me anyway. I'm innocent, I never did anything wrong to them, and it was only that one player who was killing everyone who called the admin. It was him who should've been punished, but no, I don't call admins, I just let it slide...

I never at all tried to bribe the admin, he misheard me because he wasn't listening to me, but I admit it, I did try to bribe the person calling the sit, and all he did was laugh in my face and spit in my general direction. He was laughing because HE killed me so many times, then got me banned for killing him ONCE. It's totally diabolical, it's a complete evil scheme, and I'm not even a bad person, I've never broken the rules once before, and only got into this under the pretense that it was for fun and jokes.

Look at the logs! You're lying and providing proof, you show that he was holding an AR, not just a stungun or nothing! You can't just do that, it's like you aren't even looking at your own proof! I just want to fish for god's sake, can't I just have my unban and be on my way for your unjustified punishment... It's not nice to lie like that.

You shouldnt have gunned people down for no reason. Accusing the staff of lying is a whole other thing and should be made separate with sufficient evidence.

I'm just being ignored, aren't I? He says to look at the logs, and in the logs they are holding weapons. It's right there. I didn't even do anything wrong, you ignore everything and just keep saying "I killed them for no reason," or whatever, and that's just not true. You just wanna ban a new player for being tricked by a different player, you don't even wanna read about it, you just wanna be this way because you hate me.
