Lack of context for the infractions mentioned and i tried using your logs but it wont let me Cntrl + F scan and im not manually scrolling through 300 pages without it being narrowed down. User was clearly trolling with name changes and also received a voteban for MRDM the next day by a diff member in community.

EDIT*** Was able to download the logs and convert to .txt much easier to scan

 

After doing some digging looking at some of the chat conversations and damage logs for stun gunning this is a cluster fuck to say the least but his constant name changing definitly seems to be an attempt to cover his ass from RDA's the only issue is arrest logs from you dont show who did the arrest specifically. i also see multiple demotes and mentions of the attempted demotes. combine that with the user coming back and getting votebanned again im comfortable leaving the following rating

+1 for week ban for Mass RDA/CNTAP

a voteban is punishment and changing name to avoid it should be treated the same. if any other staff want to check there is a download button under file tab. select .txt version and there ya go. user was changing names after demotes from what i gather in job changes to dodge demotes aswell as the attempted votebans.

Its worth noting, I've had to voteban them 2 more times over past week, since making this report. Each time its been CNTAP, with RDM and/or RDA.spacer.png
