Racism: Neutral to see if we get a clip

8 minute false arrest: +1 for a 3 day ban

False demote: +1 for Verbal (player admitted to being past double doors)

Mistriman: +1 for a week ban for MRDM (4 kills)

This seems contradictory since in your own clip even though your mic audio was missing you were using it.

This seems contradictory since in your own clip even though your mic audio was missing you were using it.

My mic audio was missing during the second clip because shadowplay didnt recognize it, however during the first clip I never once used my mic during the 8 minutes of cuff abuse by Merxinum who became a CC to cuff me and drag me around the map. Why is a non-staff member cuffing someone and dragging someone around the map, even when staff was on?

Obviously, I personally cant prove anything about this situation as I just play on a backup laptop since my HDD for my main setup got corrupted. Though what I do know is that I dont lie about things ever and the usual server members know that. If staff considers that a fine passed the second door inside PD is fine despite me wanting to break out someone who got arrested falsely by you, then ill just take the heat for it.

This is such a non-argument still. You have zero proof I said a slur because you and paxman are making it up to avoid punishment. Post the proof, You literally lied about your demote as proven in the screenshot.

EDIT: Here's the link. In the video there is clear evidence of Merxinum cuff abusing and trolling when I was swat chief. He cuffs and uncuffs me multiple times while mocking me, I even get uncuffed by other cops and he cuffs me again and again. Also, after reviewing the footage you can see paxman making a votekick against Merxinum as well, Paxman is obviously abusing votekick over and over to troll people like how he votekicks me in the video for reason "Hoe". They kept stating I was using slurs to justify their trolling, yet I never used any slurs when I was using my mic, and they cant produce any evidence because they are lying. Sorry about the loud music.

many rules are broken daily, there is always that one guy lowkey Rdm'n.
people sometimes do not report single RDM and RDA because they are unsure or just don't want to have to deal with it.
It is unfortunate that you had to go through this and because you have provided evidence to back your claims 
I will be a +1 for a MRDM ban Against Mistriman (STEAM_0:0:561447969)
And a +1 for a 3 day ban for The intentional RDA from Merxinum (STEAM_0:1:243265977) due to the fact they Cuff you for no real RP reason.

I'm going to +1 a 1-3 day ban for Merxinum, though ironically enough they are already banned right now until the 15th of December for Mass NLR.

The rules they have broken in my eyes are as follows:

FailRP: Police cannot arrest, cuff, or stun fellow officers within RP (Exceptions exist to avoid RDM/Minging). If you have a problematic officer, you are supposed to ask the Mayor to demote them, or make a sit.

IRDA: Intentionally cuffing a fellow Civil Protection player, and then holding them for over 6 minutes (6 minutes is all I see from the only video posted.)

 

There is an argument for potentially stripping Paxman's VIP, and Merxinum's. Paxman, because he initiated a valse votekick, and Merxinum for encouraging it, or just giving them a warn for it.

There is a Clip on his appeal on another topic  and its been dealt with.  Unless if he is doing it after is break/ban.
