a warn is too much for a accident

You are an SMod Bam. You should know what you did is a warnable offence. Personally, I would just warn yourself, and move on with the day. Staff, whether it be a T-Mod, or an Admin, should be warned for breaking rules. I understand you have not had an infraction on your account in 5 months, but sometimes we just have to do what is necessary in these types of situations.

and Id like to state that the knife swings fast I understand this to be an accident witch is still technically NLR but I haven't had a warn let alone a NLR warn in 5 months I say adding a note is fine but a warn is too much for a accident

There is no way it was a accident there wasn't anyone around me for you to be swinging at. I was off by my self away from the rest of the crowd.

I don't feel like giving a -1 or a +1 here because i know i will be bias, although i will say using the fact bam said he was shot in back of the head and wasn't, to further pick at his creditability on this post  then going to say he's lying in sit is not ok, if you initially made the post about it ok whatever that good but saying it later on when that is the more important of the two, it shows your with holding information and just as bad as trying to say bam has no credibility due to that fact he said "i was shot in the back of the head" when he is acknowledging you killed him.

There is clear evidence of him breaking NLR, so I am +1 for warning bam for the rule break. I don't really understand why this is being debated this much when the evidence is clear and straight to the point. After thinking it over, I honestly think there should be more punishment to this instead of just a warn, just my opinion though.

At the end of the day the real issue isn't having broken NLR as that is a small mistake many players can make, but 2 smods arguing that coming directly back to where you were in under 30 seconds and do the same RP interaction with the same player in the same spot isn't NLR, is very worrying to see.

Idk how its withholding information for him to post evidence related to bams response that didnt relate to the post before. If bam didn't start lying until the forums post was made, why would he claim he lied in the initial forums post before the lie even occured. This is also alongside bam claiming he was in a group with mav providing evidence otherwise.
Saying someone is just as bad as a staff member lying for not posting evidence they didn't have is insane to me.

Worth noting im the one who sent the log so I know he didnt have it until I sent it to him after the fact.

Hello Terry, sorry for the recent troubles you've been dealing with,

All the evidence you've shown is a clear break of NLR. I will stick by the fact that staff should be held at a much higher standard than regular players as we quite literally exist to enforce rules. If this was a regular player, I would have agreed with a verbal. However this is a senior mod and with the recent reports I believe Bam should just take the warn and move on.

+1 for NLR warn
