I definitely do think I should be banned but 1 week for Rdm/Toxicity is wild - I wasn't even toxic either I just said suck a dick to the person who called a sit. The only reason he called a sit on me was just to be petty. I accidently cuffed him not knowing he was a cop because he had a custom model, I apologized once it wouldn't let me fine him due to him being a cop. It led to us demoting each other.
