Why were you banned or warned?

 MNLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

 Don't want an unban just want a reduction. He said reason I got 1 week was for a a history of mnlr/nlr when I only had 1 nlr ban actually sentenced by a moderator. The other was a false vote ban. Got kidnapped by someone, he waited till kidnap timer was up, then proceeded to rdm me. Went back trying to kill him. He killed me. Went back trying to kill him. He killed me. went back trying to kill him I killed him. He also said that it was a skybase in pms as we was having a discussion about it as he was playing as a preacher even though the "skybase" had 0 identifiers of a base. 0 ownable doors. Nothing that you could use to identify as a base. I had said this during the sit. He gave me no warning and did not tell me it was a skybase until after the interaction was over. If you check my ban history you will see that I have had 1 vote ban which was a false ban for "revenge rdm and nlr x2" and an actual x2 ban sentenced by a moderator. Don't even think he got a warning for the rdm.

Not denying the nlr, just think its unfair as I don't even think the guy got a warn or verbal for rdm and ive only had one nlr ban sentenced by mods.

You have a recent ban for NLR x2 for 3 days which ended on April 10th. You now proceed to MNLR and your reason is and I quote "yeah returning to kill someone after i got rdmed without knowing it was his base is worse." Your motivation was to Revenge RDM. 

 

 

Mark has explained to you what a skybase is, as per motd: Rooftops that are not explicitly part of the base (door leading to it) DO count as sky-bases.  

 

U died on a roof where he had props. 

 

I gave you the Minimum for Mass anything of 1 week. if I wanted to, I could given you a longer punishment because of your recent ban. You also have a NLR warn from April 1st and rdm warns on April 3 and 6th.

How are you going to refer to someone explaining to me what a skybase is after the sit. You didn't even explain what a skybase was. Didn't tell me anything about it. Just saw the history, didn't listen to anything I said and banned me.
